Rental terms

The above rates are for a maximum of six guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (except beach towels). For bookings up to 13 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 14 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

This ground floor apartment is located in a quiet corner of the urbanisation and has a large, private terrace, fully enclosed with sun beds and an outdoor dining table for 6 guests ... this is a great place to relax and unwind.

The owner has taken great care and attention to detail when matching the modern decor and furnishings in this property.

This spacious apartment has a bright and airy feel about it. The air-conditioned lounge has a TV with a IPTV system (large selection of English channels) and dvd-player.

Your large, private outdoor terrace surrounds the lounge and can be accessed from both of the large, glass terrace doors in the lounge.

The three air conditioned bedrooms have been decorated to a high standard and consist of; a master bedroom with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with a bath, shower over bath, wc & basin.

The second double bedroom has a super king size bed (which can be converted to a twin on request) and an en suite bathroom with a bath, shower over the bath, wc & basin.

The twin bedroom has the use of a shower room with walk in shower, wc & basin located opposite the bedroom.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and ceramic hobs (stove tops), microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine etc.

Designer shaped pool set in tropical gardens


Take a few leisurely steps from your apartment to the designer shaped pool. This pool area rarely gets busy and there are communal sun loungers available for guests.

Relax around the pool or wander through the beautiful landscaped gardens with fountains and water features.

Direct access to the beach

The beach 'Playa el Saladillo' is accessed directly through the gardens at Costalita. This is a lovely long, wide beach that doesn't get too over crowded in the high season. There are three beach restaurants 'The Padierna Beach Club & Restaurant', 'La Antigua' and 'Pepe's Beach', which also hire sun beds & parasols. Not far away you will find Selwo wild-life and adventure park for hours of fun for all the family. Or for a taste of the ‘high-life’, you are only a 10 minutes drive away from the jet set resorts of Marbella & Puerto Banus filled with the ‘rich and famous’ and perfect for people watching.

Costalita is convenient for visiting the beautiful mountain village of Benahavis. There you can enjoy a stroll around the pretty squares, art and craft shops and enjoy a meal in one of its many restaurants. This gourmet village has the highest concentration of high-class restaurants in the region and draws many visitors who come simply to savour the fantastic cuisine.

There are more than 30 excellent golf courses on the Costa del Sol and many well known courses are close by ... Monte Mayor, Flamingos, El Paraiso, Guadalmina to name a few.
