Casa la Colina - A stunning, Nuevo Andalucian style villa with fabulous views of the nearby Mediterranean sea. This Villa is something rather special for your relaxing vacation. Colina is furnished and decorated in a contemporary style to a high standard.
The villa is in a quiet location just a few minutes drive west of Estepona town centre and the marina. For beach lovers it is 10 minutes walk to Arena Beach and the facilities of the 5 star Elba Hotel. The nearby El Cristo beach has a number of chirringitos (beach bars) and is ideal for children of all ages with its gently graded sea. Estepona provides something for everyone. From its many shops, restaurants and bars in the old town to La Rada beach with its golden sand running the full length of Estepona town. Estepona Port is a lovely place to enjoy lunch and watch the world go by.
PLEASE NOTE: At La Colina if you are staying for up to 14 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. If you have booked accommodation for 15 nights or more you will also have a mid stay sheet/towel change. For longer bookings the sheet/towel change will be every 10 days.

All the above rates are for a maximum of seven guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (including pool towels).
For bookings up to 13 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 14 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking.
This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.
A contemporary and stylish Villa furnished and decorated to a high standard
As you enter Casa la Colina with the full length windows and the view of the Mediterranean you know you have arrived at somewhere special. The villa is set over 3 levels - you enter on the mid-level into the open plan dining room that opens directly onto one of the external balcony terraces. Here you will find comfortable lounge chairs and seating, a dining table with chairs, sun loungers and a BBQ area with a retractable awnings to provide shade when needed.
On a clear day you will be treated to the most spectacular scenery of the Atlas mountains in Morocco in the far distance. The balcony also has direct access down to the garden, pool and garden terrace. On the same level as the dining room is the stylish modern kitchen fully equipped with an electric ceramic hob (stove tops), electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher etc. There is also a washing machine which is located in a cupboard.
Leading off this central dining room you will find a double bedroom with a super king size bed (1.8 m wide) and an en suite bathroom which has a bath with a shower over, wc and basin. This bedroom has direct access onto the balcony terracing through sliding glass patio doors. Also, on this floor is the twin bedroom with an en suite walk-in shower, wc and basin.
Up a flight of stairs is the master family suite with two bed - rooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a super king size bed (1.8 m wide), TV with DVD-player. This room has access to two private balconies with its own sun beds, table & chairs. The second bedroom has a single bed suitable for one guest. The room is on the north side of the villa and does not have air conditioning. The room has an openable window and a fan is provided. The bathroom boasts a bath and separate walk-in shower, wc and basin.
Down a flight of stairs from the dining room is the spacious open plan lounge and library area which has direct access onto the large private terrace that overlooks the pool and tropical gardens. This terrace has additional sun loungers with another outside dining table and chairs complete with sun or shade and lovely views. For your entertainment the lounge has a TV, DVD player and a IPTV system offering many channels including SKY sports and movies.

The lounge opens directly onto large private terrace that overlooks the pool & tropical gardens, complete with sun or shade and lovely views. The pool has Roman style child friendly steps and there are sunbeds and shade for you to relax under.
Find a quiet spot with a book, take a siesta, sip a sundowners, talking or dining with friends and family ... Casa la Colina is the perfect place to spend your summer holiday.
A delightful holiday home ideally located for most guests interests
Estepona is perfect for beach lovers with miles of uncrowded beaches and golden sand. Why not try one of the local 'Chirringito's' (beach bars) serving fresh fish ... El Cristo beach just 5 minutes drive away has two great beach bars and a lovely sheltered beach perfect for young children.
At the Western end of the 'Paseo Maritimo' is Estepona's charming port with a large selection of bars, restaurants and a great market on Sunday for those souvenirs and gifts to take home. A visit to Gibraltar is only a 30-minute drive and Puerto Banus near Marbella is now only 20 minutes on the new motorway. This stylish town is great for designer shopping, people watching, restaurants and nightlife.
They call this the Costa del Golf and with nearly 60 courses in Andalucia, including more than 30 on the Costa del Sol, it's easy to see why! With year round sun the Costa del Sol is perfect for your golfing vacation. The golfing experience is excellent in this area with many well known courses close by ... Valderamma, San Roque, Duquesa, Estepona, Monte Mayor to name a few.
