These rates apply to a maximum of six guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (including pool towels). Minimum stay 7 nights. Mid-term linen change for bookings 14 nights or more.
For bookings up to 13 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 14 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking.
This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.
Beautifully furnished to a very high standard
Darya is a South East facing, high quality apartment set all on one level. This second floor apartment is located in an exclusive and contemporary building on the first line to the beach. This property offers underground parking.
The stylish modern kitchen has top of the range appliances by AEG & SMEG, including two electric ovens, a microwave, large induction ceramic hob, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine (with dryer), kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster etc.
There is wireless Internet, a wireless speaker, a TV with a IPTV system premier package (multiple languages, UK TV, movies, SKY & SKY Sport)
All the three bedrooms are air conditioned and have electric black out blinds over windows that look out to a private internal courtyard. The master has a super king size bed (180 cm) and an ensuite shower room with a large walk-in rain shower, wc & basin. Bedroom two has a king size bed (160 cm) and an ensuite shower room with a walk-in rain shower, wc & basin.This shower room has been fitted with a hand rail and seat for guests with disabilities. The third bedroom is a twin (with the beds pushed together) and an ensuite shower room with a large walk-in rain shower, WC and basin.

On entering your apartment your eyes are drawn to the full length windows in the lounge, opening onto outdoor terrace. The terrace is South to South/East facing and beautifully furnished to a high standard.
The indoor lounge flows seamlessly onto this outdoor terrace which enjoys views of the Mediterranean. There is comfortable seating to relax outside and an al-fresco dining area with a table and chairs for 6 people.

The roof top infinity pool enjoys uninterrupted sea views. Around the pool there are communal sun beds for guests to use ... relax while taking in the stunning panoramic views of the Mediterranean with the North African coastline and Gibraltar in the distance.

Darya truly benefits from an outstanding location .... only a few steps away is the attractive Paseo Maritimo, running the full length of La Rada beach (2 .4 km), which is perfect for an early evening walk. La Rada beach is a large, blue flag beach with golden sand, the promenade is scattered with restaurants, bars and cafes.
The lovely old town of Estepona is a great place to wander around the back streets. It has whitewashed walls & windows brimming with geraniums. Estepona is a very vibrant and authentic Spanish town ... it is packed with shops, tapas bars, restaurants and has beautiful squares perfect to watch the world go by.
