The development enjoys a fabulous outdoor pool overlooking the deep blue sea set in beautiful gardens. However, Les Rivages Penthouse also boasts a private pool on the roof terrace with stunning sea views.

This is an exclusive location of just 13 properties in a quiet location, perfect for relaxation. The apartment is located on the fourth floor with an elevator for easy access. This stunning, modern apartment has been beautifully furnished to a very high standard.

We are sorry young children are not accepted at this property.

Rental terms

These rates apply to a maximum of six guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (including pool towels). For bookings up to 13 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 14 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

An elegant and exquisitely furnished penthouse apartment

Les Rivages is a south facing high quality apartment with the living accommodation all on one level (NB the pool is up a flight of stairs). On entering your eyes are drawn to the full length windows in the lounge, opening onto an outdoor terrace with amazing uninterrupted sea views. The stylish modern kitchen has quality appliances by Gaggenau, including an electric oven, microwave, ceramic hobs, American style fridge freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster etc. (NB the washing machine is not in the apartment & located within the Les Rivages building).

There is wireless Internet, a 65 inch smart TV with Netflix (sign in with your own account) and a IPTV system with BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and many more English channels (including German, Portuguese, Spanish & Dutch channels). All the three spacious bedrooms are air conditioned and have electric blinds. The master suite is located at the front of the apartment with direct access to the front terrace and enjoys sea views. This bedroom has twin beds (105 cm each) and an ensuite bathroom with a bath, separate walk-in shower, wc & basin. Bedroom two has a super king size bed (180 cm) and an ensuite shower room with a walk-in-shower, WC and basin. Bedroom three has a super king size bed (180 cm). This room has private bathroom across the hall with a walk in shower, WC & basin.

Panoramic sea views with a private pool

From the elevated position of the apartment this property enjoys uninterrupted sea views. The first terrace has an outdoor dining table, electric BBQ grill and comfortable seating.

Up a stairway you will find the roof terrace with your own private pool (3m x 6m) which can be heated at an extra charge, there is an electric pool cover and sun beds available to relax on. On this second terrace you will find another dining area with a BBQ grill.

Large outdoor pool set in tropical gardens with direct access to the beach

Les Rivages also offers a 100 m2, communal outdoor pool, set in 2500 meter square of tropical gardens with direct access to the beach. There are communal sun beds for guests to use. Guests at Les Rivages can also freely enjoy the use of the communal sauna & steam room.

Ancla Sea Bridge restaurant & bar is only 500 meters from Les Rivages located on the waterfront offering a Spanish Mediterranean menu. However, Les Rivages has an outstanding location with only a short walk to Estepona Marina, 1.5 km. The Marina offers a large selection of bars and restaurants. There are also many more excellent restaurants in the area to try. La Rada beach running the length of Estepona town is peppered with Chirringitos (beach restaurants) ... this is the perfect place to enjoy an early evening stroll, while choosing where to eat that evening.
