These rates apply to a maximum of six guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (including pool towels).
For bookings up to 13 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 14 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking.
This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

Les Rivages is a south facing high quality apartment all on one level. On entering your apartment your eyes are drawn to the full length windows in the lounge, opening onto an outdoor terrace with amazing uninterrupted sea views.
The stylish modern kitchen has top of the range appliances by Gaggenau & SMEG, including an electric oven, microwave, ceramic hobs, American style fridge freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, toaster etc.
There is wireless Internet, Apple TV, stereo with sound system, a TV with a IPTV system with BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and many more English channels (including German, Portuguese & Dutch channels).
All the three spacious bedrooms are air conditioned and have electric blinds. The master suite is located at the front of the apartment with direct access to the front terrace and enjoys sea views. This bedroom has a super king size bed (180 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, separate walk-in shower, wc & basin. Bedroom two has a super king size bed (180 cm). This room has private bathroom across the hall with a walk in shower, WC & basin. The third bedroom also has a has super king size bed (180 cm) and an ensuite shower room with a walk-in-shower, WC and basin.
Stunning, uninterrupted sea views
From it's elevated position this apartment enjoys the most spectacular views of the Mediterranean sea and the Moroccan Atlas mountains.
The spacious 73 m square terrace is furnished with sun beds, comfortable seating and an al-fresco dining area. I'm sure you will spend a lot of your time on this beautiful terrace.
The 100 meter square outdoor pool is set in 2500 meter square of tropical gardens with direct access to the beach. There are communal sun beds for guests to use.
Just a leisurely walk into Estepona
Les Rivages truly benefits from an outstanding location .... enjoy a light sea breeze and the stunning views whilst dining al-fresco on your terrace. But if cooking seems too much like hard work Estepona Marina is only a short walk away, here you can enjoy a wide selection of restaurants and bars. I love fresh seafood and my favourites are La Escollera in the fishing port (to the right of the main port) and Le Briconnet del Puerto next to the Club Nautico.
There are also many excellent restaurants in the area to try. La Rada beach running the length of Estepona town is peppered with Chirringitos (beach restaurants) ... why not enjoy an early evening stroll down the Paseo choosing where to eat that evening.
