Rental terms

These rates apply to a maximum of four people + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: all linen/towels (except beach towels). For bookings up to 13 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 14 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

Decorated using natural materials in a Bohemian style

This property has been completely reformed using natural materials in a Bohemian style, giving a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Situated all on one level the property consists of three bedrooms; the first is a double bedroom with a king size bed, air conditioning and black out blinds. Although this property is located on a quiet side street and this room has triple glazing it is on street level and some noise may be heard.

The second bedroom has a single bed and air conditioning, the third bedroom has a single bed, air conditioning and blackout blinds. These rooms share a 'light well' and a wardrobe located in bedroom 3. All bedrooms share a beautiful & sleek shower room, with a walk-in shower, wc & sink.

The open plan and stylish kitchen has all the needed equipment; microwave, electric oven, electric ceramic hobs, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Delongi coffee machine, toaster etc.

The air conditioned lounge area has comfortable seating and a flat screen TV with an IPTV system (internet television) with many channels including movies, BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and many more English channels as well as European & international channels. This room opens directly onto a courtyard style terrace, which has a retractable awning for shade.

This terrace is perfect to make the most of the warm Spanish weather, relaxing on a balmy summer evening enjoying a glass of Rioja or a cold Spanish beer.

Estepona is a charming coastal town with pristine beaches

Estepona is a charming coastal town Known for its pristine beaches, vibrant culture, and rich history, Estepona is a popular destination for tourists from all over the world. Playa la Rada in Estepona centre is less than 600 meters from the property and is peppered with Chiringuitos (beach restaurants) and with its promenade it is a lovely place for an evening stroll while deciding where to eat. Why not try Bikini Beach, which offers fantastic fresh food and sun loungers during the day to relax on.

Estepona old town is a very vibrant and authentically Spanish place to visit, packed with shops, tapas bars & restaurants. For something a little bit different & special, try Casa del Rey, one of my favourite Tapas bars located in Plaza Flores, only 350 meters from Azafran.
