The Marina has a fine selection of bars and restaurants that provide an array of fantastic fresh Spanish & international cuisine.

The Belgravia Club is one of the quieter urbanisations that benefits from private parking and a location close to the beach. No.B3-7 Belgravia is one of only approx. 35 townhouses that share a superb pool and mature well kept gardens; the pool is just 25 metres from your patio.

Rental terms

All the above rates are for a maximum of six guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (including pool towels). For bookings up to 13 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 14 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

This spacious and bright 216 m2 townhouse is set over 3 floors with 3 outdoor terraces. You enter B3-7 The Belgravia Club on the ground floor, this level is open plan giving a great feeling of space. There is a modern kitchen, indoor dining area and lounge that opens directly onto the outdoor dining terrace and gardens.


The kitchen is fully equipped with a Russell & Hobbs toaster, kettle & juicer, Nespresso coffee machine (there is also a French Press Cafetera), dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, ceramic induction hob and an electric oven.

In the lounge area for your entertainment there is a flat screen TV with an IPTV (internet television) system, with the full movie and sports package.

Up one flight of stairs to the first level you will find a spacious mezzanine with two sofas and a flat screen, smart TV with Netflix (sign in with your personal account). One of the sofas folds out to a high quality sofa bed. There is an extra charge for the use of the sofa bed, please see under features for details. This mezzanine level opens directly onto the second, lovely terrace with a small dining table and chairs, overlooking the mature gardens.

Also on the first level you will find the twin bedroom with high quality bunk beds and a shower room with a walk-in shower, wc and basin. Please note the top bunk is not suitable for small children as it does not have a guard (as seen in the images).

Up a further flight of stairs to the second floor, you will find the two double bedrooms. Each of these rooms have a super king size bed (6 foot) set up in the Swedish style using 2 single duvets. Both these rooms enjoy an ensuite shower room with walk-in shower, wc and basin.

The property also benefits from having a private roof terrace with sun beds, the view from here is fabulous. This is a lovely quiet space to hide away with a good book enjoying the Spanish sun.

The large shared pool is set in pretty lawned gardens and located approx. 25m from your apartment. There are communal sun loungers available for guests use and a poolside impressive built in Andalusian style bbq which is shared with other Belgravia Club residents.

The Marina has something for everyone

El Cristo beach is on your doorstep and is perfect for children being situated in a delightful sheltered cove. The marina is also located very close and is a great place to stroll around, admire the boats or sit in one if the many bars and watch the world go by. There is a craft market every Sunday morning with all the usual and some unusual and interesting items. Estepona centre is only a 20 minute stroll down the Paseo Maritimo, this runs the full length of La Rada beach (2 .4 km), which is perfect for an early evening walk. La Rada beach is a large, blue flag beach with golden sand and the promenade is scattered with restaurants, bars and cafes. Estepona is a truly a delightful place for your memorable holiday.
