Estepona has 21km of coastline, with clean pristine beaches and inviting blue waters of the Mediterranean.There are bars for you to have a snack and sun-beds for you to relax. In the evening with Spain's rich culture of dance and music there is usually a Fiesta or two for you to enjoy!

Rental terms

All the above rates are for a maximum of nine guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (including pool towels). For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £10€12.20 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150€183.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

The accommodation is set over 3 floors; On the ground floor, the entrance hallway has a cloakroom/wc; this hallway leads into the lounge/dining area which is large and spacious and has patio doors. the patio dors leads to the outside terrace with a table and chairs, open to the communal gardens. On the First floor is a triple bedroom which has a double bed & a single bed and 1 twin bedded room. On the top floor you will find a further 2 double bedrooms one with a bathroom en suite (bath with shower over). The family bathroom (bath with shower over) is located on the top floor. The roof terrace has a table with 4 chairs & 2 sun beds to relax.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine etc.

For your entertainment there is TV (in the lounge + a further 2 in two of the bedrooms), video, SKY TV (Via IPTV full sports & Movie package) and a cd/cassette/radio. The property also benefits from having a private roof terrace with sunbeds, table, chairs etc. The view from here is fabulous. There is also private secure parking immediately by the front door. The property also benefits from Wi-Fi ADSL Internet (bring your own computer / I-pad).

The large shared pool is set in pretty lawned gardens and located approx. 25m from your apartment. There are communal sun loungers available for guests use and a poolside impressive built in Andalucian style bbq which is shared with other Belgravia Club residents.

The Marina has something for everyone

Charter a boat for the day

El Cristo beach is perfect for children being situated in a delightful sheltered cove with lots of water sport activities; there are also two new beach chiringitos that serve mouth-watering snacks and seafood. The marina is a great place to stroll around, admire the boats or sit in one if the many bars and watch the world go by. There is a craft market every Sunday morning with all the usual and some unusual and interesting items. It seems the marina has become the weekend meeting place for just about everyone. The 'old town' of Estepona is only a 20 minute stroll down the Paseo Maritimo; here you will find many street cafes and tapas bars down some charming narrow cobbled streets that are more used to horses than cars!
