The location of The Belgravia Club is ideal, being just 300 metres from the lovely child friendly El Cristo beach in one direction and 300 metres in the other from the many restaurants in Estepona Marina. Perfect for a car free holiday.

Flights
Please DO NOT book flights until you have received a written confirmation email that confirms your reservation.
Party size
Please note that only the guests on the guest list may occupy or visit the property (including the grounds and outside areas associated with it, even if they are communal in nature). Unless an alternative arrangement is agreed in advance in writing.
Changeover days and duration
Please note that October to April we can offer ANY changeover day and ANY duration i.e 8, 9, 10 nights etc at most of our properties. We can also sometimes offer ANY changeover day & ANY duration at some of our properties throughout the rest of the year (minimum 5 nights) provided your request fits in with other bookings - please check with us first before booking flights. The price is calculated pro rata the weekly rate thus: for less than 7 nights we bill 1 extra night to cover the overheads ... i.e. 5 nights are charged as 6 nights, 6 nights charged as 7 nights. For 7 nights and over we charge just for the actual number of nights booked. All offers are for a minimum of 7 nights unless otherwise stated.
Cots and highchairs
Please note that the minimum hire charge for cots (cribs) and highchairs is 1 week. Over 7 nights is pro rata the weekly rate.
Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW)
We don't take a damage deposit but please note that due to an increase in the level of damage and breakages we now charge a mandatory non-refundable accidental damage waiver fee of £12.50 / € 15.25 per person, per booking (not per week). This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 / € 183.00 per person. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally.
Infants
An infant is classified as a child under the age of 24 months. Our travel cots are approx. 120 cm in length and are suitable for an infant up to 24 months or 15kg. All children aged 24 months and over are classified as a guest and are liable to pay the ADW fee.
Welcome pack
We regret that we can no longer supply Welcome Packs. You can though easily purchase from petrol stations (which most are open 7 days a week and long hours) the basics i.e. bread, milk, butter, water, tea bags, coffee, sugar, biscuits etc.
In each property you should find in a kitchen cupboard salt, pepper, flour, oil, vinegar, herbs, spices, stock cubes, selection of sauces etc - if you finish something that is in the cupboard we request that you please replace it ... it isn't the cost but convenience for the next guests.
