Villa La Pausa

You enter Villa La Pausa through beautiful wooden double doors into an elegant vaulted hallway. The villa is set over two floors, with the main living area on the ground level. The villa has been tastefully furnished for relaxation and comfort with an open-plan feel. The stylish sunken living room is air conditioned and has comfortable seating and a large TV offering over 200 English channels and as well as Netflix. Sliding doors open onto a lovely covered terrace, perfect for relaxing and dining outdoors.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and more.

On the ground floor you will find two of the en-suite, air conditioned bedrooms. The first overlooks the pool and offers direct pool access to the front terrace. This bedroom consists of a super-king-size bed and an ensuite with a walk-in shower, wc & basin.

The second bedroom has two single beds that can be zipped together on request to form a super-king-size bed. The ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc & basin. An additional guest WC is located off the hallway.

Up a flight of stairs you will find the spacious master bedroom, featuring a Emperor-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, separate walk-in shower, wc & basin. This room benefits from its own private terrace with a table & chairs.

In the hallway, outside the master bedroom there is a work area for your use.

Outdoor living is a big part of the lifestyle in Spain and with year round warm weather this is where you will spend most of your holiday.

The lounge opens directly onto a shaded terrace where you will find the outdoor dining table and comfortable seating. There is a gas BBQ for you to enjoy the fresh produce of the area & al fresco dining on a warm summer evening.

The pool (approx. 8m x 5m) is set in mature, tropical gardens and is the perfect place to cool off in the summer heat. It is ideally located next to the outdoor terrace and has child friendly Roman style steps leading into the shallow end.

There are ample sun beds provided, to relax in the Spanish sunshine with a good book in hand.

Villa La Pausa is ideally located just a short drive from a selection of long sandy beaches and chiringuitos (beach bars), perfect for sampling the flavours of Spain. Only a few minutes away by car is Saluda Beach with a fantastic up market chiringuito, ´Saluda Beach´ ... fresh fish, paella & sangria!

Playa El Saladillo, is also located close by, this is a a lovely long, wide beach that remains pleasantly uncrowded, even in the summer months. Here you will also find two excellent beach restaurants, Barraka Beach and Pepe’s Beach, both offering sunbeds and parasols for hire.

The gourmet village of Benahavís is just 10 minutes away by car and is renowned for having one of the highest concentrations of quality restaurants in the region, attracting visitors who come simply to enjoy its outstanding cuisine. This charming mountain village has remained wonderfully unspoilt and sits 500 metres above sea level. Reached by driving inland through the Guadalmina gorge, it offers a truly picturesque setting.

For those who enjoy a game of golf, there are more than 30 excellent golf courses on the Costa del Sol and many well known courses are close by ... Marbella, Monte Mayor, Los Flamingos, El Paraiso, Los Naranjos, Guadalmina to name a few.
