All the above rates are for a maximum of 9 guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (except beach towels).
For bookings up to 13 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 14 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking.
This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.
A light and airy property furnished to a high standard in a modern contemporary style
Venalmar has a light and airy feel. The full length windows in the lounge open onto a lovely outdoor terrace with glass curtains, this leads onto your private garden and the pool just beyond.
The stylish kitchen has silestone worktops and top of the range appliances, including a microwave, electric oven, induction hobs, American style fridge with separate full length freezer (180 cm high each), dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, De-longi coffee machine, blender, toaster etc.
Leading off the kitchen is the first air conditioned bedroom with a double bed (160cm). In the entrance hall is a cloakroom with wc & basin.
The lounge has comfortable seating and is equipped with a flat screen TV, Blue Ray dvd-player and Internet via fibre optics (fast 40 mb connection).
The lounge opens onto a lovely covered terrace with an outdoor sofa & a dining area that overlooks your private garden; with its glass curtains this terrace can be enjoyed all year round.
Up a flight of stairs you will find 3 air conditioned bedrooms: a double bedroom at the rear of the house with a super king size bed (180 cm), ceiling fan, small terrace and an ensuite shower room with a walk in shower, wc & basin.
At the front of the house is the master bedroom with a super king size bed (180 cm), ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom with a bath, separate walk in shower, wc & basin. This bedroom also has a large south facing sun terrace with sun beds and over-looks the pool and has sea views.
The 4th bedroom has bunk beds with a pull out bed, suitable for 3 children.
Large designer pool set in mature tropical gardens
Surrounded by tropical gardens the large communal swimming pool has a shallow attached children's pool (0.65 to 1.83 meters). This pool area rarely gets busy in the summer. There are communal sun loungers available for guests to use.
For you sand and sea lovers the beach is right on your doorstep ... this is a lovely long beach that doesn't get over-crowded in the high season.
Enjoy the fresh, local cuisine in the nearby chiringuitos & restaurants
Spending time outside and making the most of the great Spanish weather is a big part of a Spanish holiday. Venalmar has a private sun terrace attached to the master bedroom, a covered terrace off the lounge and a private garden with sun beds. The lovely covered terrace has seating & a dining table to enjoy the warm summer evenings; and with glass curtains this terrace can be enjoyed all year round.
On the beach next to Venalmar is a great beach restaurant - Saluda Beach ... fresh fish, paella & sangria! There is also a play area for the children which is surrounded by shady palms.
If you fancy venturing a little further, Playa la Rada in Estepona centre is peppered with Chiringuitos (beach restaurants) and with its promenade it is a lovely place for an evening stroll while deciding where to eat. Estepona old town is a very vibrant and authentically Spanish place to visit, packed with shops, tapas bars & restaurants.
Also only a short drive is the lovely old town of Marbella. Full of charm, interesting shops and great places to eat. Don't forget to visit the 'Orange Square' a delightful place to enjoy a drink & watch the world go by.
