Majestic Hills is a bright and airy apartment that has recently been refurnished to a high standard offering comfort and space for 4 guests. This quiet development has a beautiful pool set in tropical gardens perfect for an early morning swim.

This first floor apartment is only 1.3 km from a sun kissed sandy beach with one of the best beach bars on the coast. The small town of Sabanillas has been awarded the blue flag for its clean and safe beaches. Here you will find many restaurants and cafes to enjoy and it is only 5 min drive away or a 20 min walk along the beach, making Majestic HIlls a perfect spot for your holiday.

Rental terms

These rates apply to a maximum of four guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (including pools towels). I am sorry only children aged 10 and older are allowed at this property. For bookings up to 13 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 14 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

Quality furnishings in a bright and airy apartment

Majestic Hills is a beautiful, air conditioned apartment for 4 guests. The bright & airy lounge has sliding patio doors that open out onto the large terrace.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven & hobs (stove top), fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster etc.

Both bedrooms are air conditioned with an ensuite. The first bedroom has a super king size bed set out in the Swedish style with a small private terrace and an ensuite shower room with wc.

The master bedroom is located at the front of the apartment enjoying direct access to the large terrace, with two sun beds just outside to relax & enjoy the warm Spanish weather. The master bedroom comprises of a super king size bed set out in the Swedish style and an ensuite bathroom that has shower-over-the-bath, wc and basin.

Your beautiful large terrace is the perfect place to relax & unwind

The lounge opens onto your large private terrace which has an outdoor dining table, sofas and sun beds for you to relax on whilst making the most of the Spanish sunshine. There is a gas BBQ to enjoy the fresh fish & meat Spain has to offer.

Just a short, pleasant stroll through tropical gardens you will find the pool, where it rarely gets crowded making this the perfect holiday getaway. In the summer sun beds are provided around the pool.

Please note the pool is approximately 100 meters from the apartment.

Not far to the beach

Just 1.3 km from Majestic Hills is a lovely beach with a great restaurant, 'La Sal', very popular with the locals ... fresh fish, paella & sangria! With such a fabulous beach and beach bar so close to Majestic Hills you may not want to wander too far. Enjoy a sun kissed day on the beach, relax on hired sun beds, splash in the waves, eat a long leisurely lunch and siesta in the shade. In the evening why not wander along the beach enjoying the warmth of the Spanish summer to Sabanillas and eat in one of the many restaurants (see our beach guide).

The ‘Pueblo’ of Estepona has managed to keep its Spanish feel of white houses and cobbled streets and is well worth an explore. In the marina you will find many cafes and restaurants to choose from and the attractive Paseo Maritimo is peppered with chiringuitos (beach restaurants) serving mouth watering, fresh food. Estepona is a truly a delightful place for a memorable holiday.
