All the above rates are for a maximum of six guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (except beach towels).
For bookings up to 13 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 14 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking.
This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.
Living the Andalucian Way
La Perla Beach has a light and spacious feel about it with an open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen.
Just outside the lounge is the first of your two spacious terraces. This covered terrace has a small dining table and a comfy sofa and chairs. This is a lovely place to enjoy breakfast whilst planning your day ahead or simply just relax reading a good book in the shade.
The lounge has a large flat screen TV with english channels via an IPTV system and WiFi Internet (no extra charges).
The kitchen is well equipped and is complete with electric ceramic hobs (stove tops) and electric oven, microwave, large fridge & freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster etc. To the rear of the kitchen is a separate laundry room with a washing machine & dryer. In the kitchen you will also find the intercom system for the entrance gate.
The master bedroom is located at the front of the apartment and has an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a spa bath and a separate walk-in shower, wc and bidet.
The second and third double bedroom overlook the gardens to the rear of the property. These two rooms share a bathroom with a shower over the bath, wc and bidet.

The large roof terrace is accessed via a flight of stairs from the lounge. This private roof terrace is not overlooked and enjoys views of the beautiful blue waters of the Mediterranean.
There are 4 sunbeds to soak up the Spanish sun, a BBQ and outdoor dining table for dining al fresco ... I'm sure this will be one of your favourite spots to while-away the day.
Iberico pork is particularly good here in Spain and fish is also plentiful and fresh ... the fish & seafood counter in the supermarket at Carefour has a fabulous choice. The wines of Spain are fantastic and they like to keep the best ones to themselves, what a better way to spend an evening than to sample the different Riojas on offer.
Two wonderful pools set in tropical gardens overlooking the beach
Surrounded by tropical gardens and overlooking the Mediterranean are two large swimming pools ... the larger of the two pools has a separate shallow pool for small children. This pool area rarely gets busy and there are communal sun loungers available for guest use.
For you sand and sea lovers the beach is right on your doorstep ... this is a lovely long beach that doesn't get to over crowded in the high season.
Enjoy the fresh, local cuisine in the nearby Chiringuitos
On the beach in front of La Perla are two great beach restaurants - Bahia Beach and La Sal - which is very popular with the locals ... fresh fish, paella & sangria!
If you fancy venturing a little further, Playa la Rada in Estepona centre is peppered with Chiringuitos (beach restaurants) and with its promenade it is a lovely place for an evening stroll while deciding where to eat.
The lovely old town of Estepona with its cobbled streets is is definitely worth a visit. Estepona town is a very vibrant and Spanish place, it is packed with shops, tapas bars, restaurants and has beautiful squares perfect for watching the world go by.
