This three-bedroom penthouse offers a spectacular large terrace with many places to relax and views over the pool and mature Mediterranean gardens. The apartment has a wonderful feeling of space set in a modern and comfortable style. Ideally located next to Doña Julia Golf and the Club House restaurant, the Green House.
The apartment is also within walking distance of Playa Ancha beach, where you will find Chiringuito Marina Playa and a little further down the beach, La Sal. The lovely coastal town of Estepona, with its picturesque marina, many restaurants, cafes, and charming plazas, is just a 10 minute drive from the property. The smaller seaside town of Sabinillas is only a 5 minute drive, along with the lively port of Duquesa, known for its bars and waterfront dining.

All the above rates are for a maximum of six guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: all linen/towels (except beach towels). Mid-term linen & towel change for bookings 14 nights or more (no mid term clean).
For bookings up to 13 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 14 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking.
This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

From its elevated position, this apartment enjoys lovely views over the communal pool, which is set amid lush tropical gardens. The spacious 127 m² wrap-around terrace is beautifully furnished with sun loungers, comfortable seating, and an alfresco dining area, with a gas BBQ ... the perfect space to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle. We are sure you will spend much of your time on this wonderful terrace.
A light and spacious property tastefully decorated
This spacious 155 m², three-bedroom, air-conditioned property is light and tastefully decorated, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
In the lounge, you’ll find a Smart TV (with Amazon and Netflix apps — personal login required), Wi-Fi internet, and comfortable seating for relaxing after a day in the sun.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, with a ceramic hob, electric ovan, microwave, dishwasher and a Philips L’OR pod coffee machine, perfect for your morning espresso. A washing machine is conveniently located in a separate utility room just off the kitchen.
The master suite features a super king-size bed, a Smart TV (guests can sign in with their personal Netflix account), an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath, WC, and sink, as well as direct access to the outdoor terrace.
The two twin bedrooms share a modern shower room with a walk-in shower, WC, and sink.
Located not far from the beach
The beach located closest to Casares Playa is the lovely Playa Ancha beach. It has a great chiringuito (beach restaurant), “Marina Playa,” it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing drink after a relaxing day by the sea. A pleasant stroll along the shoreline takes you to one of my favourite beach restaurants, La Sal — a local favourite known for its fresh fish, paella, and sangria.
Spend a sun-kissed day on the beach, unwind on hired sunbeds, splash in the waves, enjoy a long, leisurely lunch, and perhaps even take a siesta in the shade.
Only a few minutes away by car or taxi is Sabinillas a lovely coastal town and Duquesa Maria. Both offering many bars & restaurants for you to choose from.
Also, in the opposite direction and a short car or taxi ride away is charming coastal town of Estepona. Offering a wide variety of beaches; from the lively La Rada in the town centre, lined with beach bars and restaurants, to the family-friendly El Cristo Beach, a charming sheltered cove ideal for children.
Estepona Marina features a fantastic selection of bars and restaurants. For seafood lovers, my favourites are La Escollera, located in the fishing port, and Le Briconnet del Puerto, beside the Club Náutico.
