A spacious 2 bedroom townhouse overlooking the pool at the Belgravia Club, the perfect location for a car free holiday. Estepona Marina with its large selection of international restaurants and the the lovely El Cristo beach are all with in easy walking distance.

The Marina offers a large selection of bars and restaurants that provide an array of fresh Spanish delights as well as many International options. The old town of Estepona is a very pleasant 15 minute stroll down the Paseo Maritimo where you will find many more restaurants and bars.

Belgravia No.26 is set over 2 floors with direct access from your private terrace, into the communal gardens and pool area.

Rental terms

All the above rates are for a maximum of four guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (excluding pool towels). For bookings up to 13 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 14 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

A spacious 2 bedroom townhouse set over 2 floors



On the first level of the townhouse, you'll find the kitchen and an open-plan lounge with comfortable seating and an indoor dining area. This room seamlessly flows onto your outdoor dining terrace. In the lounge, for your entertainment is a smart TV with Netflix (just sign in with your personal account).

The fully-equipped kitchen features a kettle, coffee machine (for ground coffee), dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, ceramic induction hob, and an electric oven.

Up a flight of stairs you will find the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is located at the front of the house overlooking the pool & garden. This air conditioned bedroom has an ensuite shower room with wc & basin. The twin bedroom also has air conditioning and has use of a bathroom with a bath (with shower over) wc & basin, conveniently located next to the bedroom.

Direct access from your private terrace to the communal pool and gardens


The terrace at No.26 has a toldo that can be pulled out to shade the outdoor dining area. The pool area can be accessed directly from your private terrace. There are many areas to sunbathe around the pool or relax in the shade of one of the mature trees. There is a community poolside BBQ (charcoal) for the use of all our guests (no private BBQ).

An enjoyable walk into Estepona Town

El Cristo beach is just a short walk from the property. This beach is just perfect for children being situated in a delightful sheltered cove, there are two beach chiringitos that serve mouth-watering snacks and seafood.

Estepona Marina located just 300 meters from the Belgravia Club and has many bars and restaurants for you choose from offering Spanish & International options. There is also a market on Sunday selling bags, clothes, jewellery, pottery and Mediterranean decorations.

If you fancy wandering a little further the beach walk way is peppered with 'Chiringitos', beach restaurants. Also, the 'old town' of Estepona is only a 15 - 20 minute stroll down the Paseo Maritimo; here you will find many street cafes and tapas bars down some charming narrow cobbled streets that are more used to horses than cars!

For something a little bit different & special, try Casa del Rey, one of my favourite Tapas bars in Estepona, located in Plaza Flores. Around the square you’ll find narrow, cobbled streets with white-washed houses, flower filled balconies and little shops to enjoy whilst you wander. The Ice cream parlour ‘Café del Centro’ between Plaza Flores and calle Terazas has proved popular with my family.
