Casa Bonita is a corner house set over two levels with four bedrooms and a lovely private garden for you to relax. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk (via foot bridge) and boasts two great beach restaurants to choose from; Bahia Beach Casares and La Sal.
The small town of Sabinillas is only 5 minutes by car (or 25 minute walk along the beach) has been awarded the blue flag for its clean and safe beaches. Here you will find many restaurants and cafes to enjoy making making Casa Bonita a great place to stay for your holiday.

All the above rates are for a maximum of 8 guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (except beach/pool towels). Mid-term linen change for bookings 14 nights or more (no mid term clean).
For bookings up to 13 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 14 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking.
This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.
Furnished for comfort and relaxation
The living accommodation at Casa Bonita is set over two floors. On the groud floor you will find the split level lounge with air conditioning, an indoor dining area and sofas to relax. There is a TV with a Amazon Firestick allowing you to access Netflix, Disney & Prime via your personal Amazon account (please sign in using your personal accounts). This property also has wi-fi internet with a fast 100 MB connection. Off the lounge you will find the kitchen equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cafetiere, toaster, washing machine etc. There is a second fridge freezer just off the entrance hall.
On the first level you will find two of the 4 bedrooms; a double bedroom at the front of the house with a king size bed (150 cm), air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath, wc and basin. Next to this room is the twin bedroom with a fan. This room can use a shower room located near the entrance with a walk-in shower, wc and basin.
Up a flight of stairs you will find two double bedrooms both with king size beds (135 cm) and fans and one with air conditioning. The first double bedroom benefits from a lovely private terrace with sea views and air conditioning. These two rooms share a bathroom with a shower over the bath, wc and basin.
Private terrace with BBQ and lovely communal pool
Directly outside the kitchen is a lovely terrace with a charcoal BBQ ... make the most of the warm Spanish evenings, enjoy some BBQ sardines and a large glass of wine at sundown. There are 2 sun beds for you to relax in your private garden, however if you fancy a cool down the lovely communal pool is less than 40 meters from your property. Please note the communal pool is only open May 1 to September 30. For you sand and sea lovers the beach is not far, less than 600 meters from your property.
Great location for your family holiday
Casares de Bahia beach is less than 600 meters away and has two great beach restaurants, 'Bahia Beach' and 'La Sal' famous for it's sea food and Paella ... to avoid disappointment please book a table a peak times.
With a great beach and beach restaurant so close, you may not want to wander too far. However, Sabinillas and the pretty marina at La Duquesa are only a few minutes away by car and both have a large variety of restaurants, cafes and bars.
In the other directions, 10 minutes by car is Playa la Rada in Estepona centre. The beach walk way is peppered with Chiringuitos (beach restaurants) and with its promenade it is a lovely place for an evening stroll while deciding where to eat.
If you and the family fancy doing something different, why not try SELWO nature park ... a great fun day out for all the family. This is a unique park where animals of the five continents coexist in semi wild conditions (see our activities guide). A visit to Gibraltar is only a 30 minute drive and Estepona 10 minutes by car. This family holiday region has lots to offer you for your memorable stay.
