These rates apply to a maximum of six guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (including pool towels). Mid-term linen change for bookings 14 nights or more (no mid term clean).
For bookings up to 13 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 14 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking.
This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

The Penthouse at Las Mesas is a south facing high quality apartment set all on one level. On entering your apartment your eyes are drawn to the full length windows in the lounge where the light pours in and views over Estepona to the blue waters of the Mediterranean. The stylish modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, microwave, ceramic hobs, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, percolator coffee machine, toaster etc. Just off the kitchen you will find the washing machine in a utilities area.
There is wireless Internet with a 100 mb connection and a TV with a IPTV system (internet television) with BBC, ITV, Channel 4, movies and many more English channels (including German, Portuguese & Dutch channels).
All the three bedrooms are air conditioned. The master suite has a super king size bed (180 cm) set up in the Swedish style with single duvets and an ensuite shower room with a walk-in shower, wc & basin.
Bedroom two is a twin set up with two single beds pushed together and bedroom three is a twin set up with the beds separated. These two bedrooms have the use of a shower room across the hall with a walk in shower, WC & basin.

Las Mesas also boasts an indoor heated pool open i(heated during winter months only) and a well equipped gymnasium over looking the pools.
