Rental terms

These rates apply to a maximum of four guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (including pool towels). Mid-term linen change for bookings 14 nights or more (no mid term clean). For bookings up to 13 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 14 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

Furnished with a modern and understated elegance

Las Mesas Azul (blue) has been beautifully furnished with understated elegance, creating a calm and comfortable space to relax and feel at home. This property is south facing and set all on one level with an internal space of 87 m2.

The stylish modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, microwave, ceramic hobs, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, percolator coffee machine, toaster etc. Just off the kitchen you will find the washing machine in a utilities area.

There is wireless Internet with a 600 mb connection, a smart TV with Netflix and an Apple TV box (options to change the language). Both bedrooms are air conditioned.

The master suite has a super king size bed (180 cm) set up in the Swedish style with single duvets and an ensuite shower room with a walk-in shower, wc & twin basins. Bedroom two is a twin set up with two single beds pushed together. This room has the use of a shower room located next to the bedroom with a walk in shower, WC & basin.

Lovely outdoor terrace with sea views

From the elevated position this apartment at Las Mesas enjoys beautiful views across Estepona and of the blue Mediterranean sea. The terrace 24 m2 terrace is furnished with shaded comfortable seating and an al-fresco dining area with an umbrella for further shade when required.

We are sure you’ll spend much of your time on the beautiful terrace, soaking up the relaxed al fresco lifestyle.

Swim all year round at Las Mesas

Las Mesas is the perfect choice for a year-round getaway, with both outdoor and indoor pools to enjoy.

The development features a large outdoor communal pool with a separate children’s pool for the little ones. Sun loungers are provided, where you can relax and soak up the Spanish sunshine. During the cooler months, you can take advantage of the indoor heated pool (please note the indoor pool is only heated during the winter), and there’s also a well-equipped gym overlooking the pool area.
