The property boasts two fantastic terraces; a covered terrace on the living level of the property & a large roof terrace offering a shaded dining area and an area with comfortable seating.

La Perla beach is well located - with two great beach restaurants only a few minutes walk from the apartment and the lovely town of Estepona just a short drive. Estepona is a charming, coastal town offering a wide selection of restaurants & chiringitos (beach bars) and a lovely marina.

Rental terms

All the above rates are for a maximum of six guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (except beach towels). For bookings up to 13 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 14 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

La Perla Beach Mediterráneo has a light and spacious feel about it with an open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. Just outside the lounge is the first of your two spacious terraces. This covered terrace has a dining table and an area of comfortable seating with a sofa and chairs. This is a lovely place to enjoy breakfast whilst planning your day ahead listening to the sounds of the waves or simply just relax reading a good book in the shade.

The master bedroom is located at the front of the apartment and enjoys the fantastic sea views. This bedroom has a super king size bed (6 foot) and benefits from an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a bath with a separate shower, wc and bidet.

The twin (two single beds) and second double bedroom which has a shower over the bath, wc and bidet.

This spacious apartment with stunning views is perfectly designed for your vacation.


The lounge has a large flat screen smart TV with Netflix (use your own account details) and urbanisation television available, English & International channels and WiFi Internet (no extra charges).

The beautiful, newly renovated kitchen is well equipped and is complete with electric ceramic hobs (stove tops), twin electric ovens, microwave, large fridge & freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker & Nepresso machine.

From it's elevated position this apartment enjoys the most spectacular views of the Mediterranean sea and the Moroccan Atlas mountains. The spacious roof terrace is furnished with, comfortable seating, shaded al-fresco dining area with BBQ.

We are sure you will spend a lot of your time outside enjoying the warm Spanish weather, on this beautiful terrace.

La Perla Beach is an exclusive development set in extensive, beautifully maintained, Mediterranean gardens. There are 4 pools to choose from and in the winter months the smaller of the outdoor pools is heated. PLEASE NOTE that as this is a shared pool we have no control over when the pool is or isn't heated or to what temperature, so there is no charge for pool heating at this property. The main pool will also be closed outside the main summer season, the date this happens is out of our control, but the smaller pools will remain open.

Short walk along the beach to enjoy a leisurely lunch

From La Perla you can take a gentle stroll along the beach and find two beach restaurants (chiringuito's) located only a few minutes walk from the property.

Bahia Beach is an upmarket chiringuito located in front of La Perla Beach and La Sal is only a few minutes further along the beach serving superb fish and paella, but if you want to dine out on a Sunday please reserve a table to avoid disappointment ... very popular !

If you wish to venture a little further, within a couple of minutes drive (or an enjoyable 25 minute beach walk) is the town of Sabinillas with a lovely promenade and a great selection of restaurants.

In the opposite direction, Playa la Rada in Estepona centre is peppered with Chiringuitos (beach restaurants) and with its long promenade it is a lovely place for an evening stroll while deciding where to eat. Also, the lovely old town of Estepona with its cobbled streets is is definitely worth a visit.

Estepona town is a very vibrant and Spanish place, it is packed with shops, tapas bars, restaurants and has beautiful squares perfect for watching the world go by.
