A lovely 3 bedroom townhouse overlooking the pool and located close to the marina

The location of The Belgravia Club is perfect, just 300 metres from El Cristo beach in one direction and 300 metres in the other from Estepona Marina.

The Marina has a fine selection of bars and restaurants that provide an array of fresh Spanish delights. The old town of Estepona is also only a very pleasant 15 minute stroll down the Paseo Maritimo where you will find many more restaurants and bars.

Belgravia No.27 is set over 3 floors with direct access from your private terrace, into the communal gardens and pool area.

PLEASE NOTE: the above picture is of the communal pool area with the club house in the centre, No.27 is located to the right. This property is not suitable for large groups of adults or single sex groups such as hen or stag parties.

Rental terms

All the above rates are for a maximum of six guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (excluding pool towels). For bookings up to 13 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 14 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

Spacious 3 bedroom townhouse set over 3 floors

This spacious and bright townhouse is set over 3 floors. You enter this property on the open plan mid-level. There is a modern kitchen, indoor dining area and lounge that opens directly onto the outdoor dining terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, kettle, blender, Nespresso Krups coffee machine (& a French Press Cafetera), dishwasher, washing machine, under the counter fridge freezer (100 litres), microwave, ceramic induction hob and an electric oven. In the lounge area there is a flat screen TV with an IPTV (internet television) system, with the full movie and sports.

Up one flight of stairs to the first level you will find two double bedrooms; to the back of the house the first air conditioned double bedroom has a king size bed and just outside a modern shower room with a walk-in-shower, wc and basin. The second air conditioned double bedroom is located at the front of the house overlooking the pool. It has a king size bed and an ensuite shower room with a walk-in-shower, wc and basin.

On the lower level of the house you will find a second lounge and the twin bedroom, on this level you will also find laundry facilities with a washing machine. In the lounge there is a flat screen, smart TV with Netflix (sign in with your personal account). The large, air conditioned bedroom has twin beds and is accessed with sliding glass doors. On this level is a bathroom with a bath, shower over bath, wc and basin.

Direct access from your private terrace to the communal pool and gardens


The terrace at No.27 has a toldo that can be pulled out to shade the outdoor dining area. The pool area can be accessed directly from your private terrace. There are many areas to sunbathe around the pool or relax in the shade of one of the mature trees.

There is a community poolside BBQ (charcoal) for the use of all our guests (no private BBQ).

Ideally located for a car free holiday

El Cristo beach is just a short walk from the property. This beach is just perfect for children being situated in a delightful sheltered cove, there are two beach chiringitos that serve mouth-watering snacks and seafood. The marina is a great place to stroll around, admire the boats or sit in one if the many bars and watch the world go by. There is a craft market every Sunday morning with all the usual and some unusual and interesting items.

If you fancy wandering a little further the 'old town' of Estepona is only about a 15 - 20 minute stroll down the Paseo Maritimo; here you will find many street cafes and tapas bars down some charming narrow cobbled streets that are more used to horses than cars! For something a little bit different & special, try Casa del Rey, one of my favourite Tapas bars, located in Plaza Flores. Around the square you’ll find narrow, cobbled streets with white-washed houses, flower filled balconies and little shops to enjoy whilst you wander. The Ice cream parlour ‘Café del Centro’ between Plaza Flores and calle Terazas has proved popular with my family.

A visit to Gibraltar is a 40 min drive and if you yearn for the night life, Puerto Banus is only 20 mins by car. There are nearly 60 golf courses in Andalucia, including more than 30 on the Costa del Sol. With year round sun the Costa del Sol is perfect for your golfing vacation. The golf is excellent in this area with many well known courses close by ... Valderamma, San Roque, Duquesa, Estepona, Monte Mayor to name a few.

Estepona Marina located just 300 meters from the Belgravia Club is a great place to stroll around, admire the boats or enjoy one of the many bars and restaurants it has to offer.

If you fancy wandering a little further the beach walk way is peppered with 'Chiringitos', beach restaurants, one of my faviourites is Bikki Beach (pictured above). Also, the 'old town' of Estepona is only about a 15 - 20 minute stroll down the Paseo Maritimo; here you will find many street cafes and tapas bars down some charming narrow cobbled streets that are more used to horses than cars!
