The location of The Belgravia Club is perfect, just 300 metres from El Cristo beach in one direction and 300 metres in the other from Estepona Marina.

The Belgravia Club is one of the quieter urbanisations that benefits from private parking and a location close to the beach. No.22 Belgravia is one of only approx. 35 apartments that share a superb pool and mature well maintained gardens.

The Belgravia Club is located close to the Marina, which has a fine selection of bars and restaurants that provide an array of fantastic fresh Spanish delights.

PLEASE NOTE: This property is not suitable for large groups of adults or single sex groups such as hen or stag parties.

Rental terms

All the above rates are for a maximum of eight guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (excluding pool towels). Please note if you wish to use the sofa bed for the 7th & 8th guest there is an extra charge of £75 p.p. For bookings up to 13 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 14 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

A lovely, spacious 3 bedroom townhouse with open-plan living

Belgravia No.22 is set over 4 levels. You enter the property into the first of two spacious lounges. This lovely room is bright and airy with large French doors opening onto a large south facing sunny terrace with an awning (shade), dining table to seat 6 and two sun-beds.

This terrace overlooks a small "orange square" & has partial views of the Marina and the Mediterranean Sea.

On the next level are two of the air conditioned bedrooms; a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom (bath with shower over, WC and basin) and the twin bedroom. Next to the twin bedroom is a bathroom with a shower over the bath, WC and basin.

On the top floor is a further air conditioned double bedroom with views over the Mediterranean and marina. This room has a private roof terrace (picture below) ... a quiet haven to relax away from all and sundry.

Down a flight of stairs is the fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, ceramic induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine etc.

The kitchen opens out into the large second air conditioned lounge/dining room which has a TV with a PlayStation 3 and a table with seating for 6. This room has a good quality sofa bed for 2 extra guests (more suitable for children & teenagers), please note there is an extra charge for the 7th & 8th guest. The second cloakroom is also located on this level. The French doors lead directly onto a further terrace and the gardens.

Superb pool, beautiful topical gardens and a fantastic communal BBQ.

Views towards the marina from the Belgravia Club, Estepona

The large shared pool is just 50m from No. 22 and is set in pretty lawned gardens with sun loungers available for you to use. There are lots of areas to sunbathe or relax in the shade of one of the many mature trees.

There is also an impressive poolside Andalucian style BBQ (shared with all guests at the Belgravia Club) which is a perfect place to enjoy an out-door dining experience.

Ideally located for El Cristo beach and Estepona Marina

El Cristo beach is only 300m from the Belgravia Club. This lovely sheltered cove is perfect for children, and there are also two new beach chiringitos that serve mouth-watering snacks and seafood.

The marina is a great place to stroll around, admire the boats or enjoy a cool drink while watching the world go by. There is a craft market every Sunday morning with all the usual and some unusual and interesting items. The 'old town' of Estepona is an enjoyable 15-minute stroll down the Paseo Maritimo; here you will find many street cafes and Tapas bars down some charming narrow cobbled streets that are more used to horses than cars!

If cooking is too much like hard work there are many excellent restaurants in the area to try. Estepona Marina is only 300 meters away and has a wide selection of bars and restaurants to choose from. I love fresh seafood and my favourites are La Escollera in the fishing port (to the right of the main port) and Le Briconnet del Puerto next to the Club Nautico.

A visit to Gibraltar to see the monkeys is only a 40 min drive and if you yearn for the nightlife, Puerto Banus near Marbella is now only 20 minutes on the new motorway.
