Villa Adelfas is a large, 612 meter squared, delightful Andalusian style property, located between Puerto Banus and Estepona. This lovely 7 bedroom home sleeps up to 14 guests. The main house sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms and the in apartment sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms (extra charge). Adelfas offers a great location from which to explore all that the Costa del Sol has to offer.
The beach and many restaurants are only a few minutes away by car. Puro Beach Club at Laguna Village is 2.5 km from the property, here you can enjoy the spectacular views of the Rock of Gibraltar and the Moroccan Atlas mountains in the far distance.
However, if you don't wish to venture out too much there are many areas to relax and hide away at Villa Adelfas. PLEASE NOTE: Check in at this property is from 4 pm.

These rates apply to a maximum of ten guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (including pool towels). Mid-term linen change for bookings 14 nights or more (no mid term clean).
For bookings up to 13 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 14 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking.
This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.
A comfortable holiday villa with space for all the family to relax
Villa Adelfas is a spacious villa, with a bright and airy feel. As you enter villa Adelfas you will find a large bright living area with picture windows looking out over the countryside towards the Mediterranean in the distance.
The air conditioned, comfortable lounge has a large flat screen TV and IPTV system (internet TV with many channels).
The kitchen is located on the first level. This modern kitchen features twin sinks, an electric ceramic hob (stove top), electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc. Please note in the separate utility room located just off the kitchen you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Also on this first level you will find two air conditioned bedrooms that overlook the pool area; both of these rooms have twin beds and share a bathroom with a bath with shower over, WC & basin. The twin beds can be zipped together on request to make a super king in each bedroom, but please note only single duvets are provided (minimum 2 weeks notice). You will also find on this level is a cloakroom with wc & basin.
Down a flight of stairs to the coolest part of the villa you will find bedrooms 4 & 5, which are both air conditioned; bedroom one with a double bed & bedroom two with twin beds. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a comfortable lounge area.
The games room has a pool table & table football (the table tennis is located outside).
Occupying the whole of the upper floor is the spacious master suite (photos to the right); this room has air conditioning, a super king size bed and a TV with many channels.
The full length windows open showing lovely views of the Mediterranean and Africa in the distance. The en suite bathroom boasts a corner bath, separate walk-in shower, twin sinks and wc and bidet.
Two bedroom apartment (extra)
On the ground level of the villa, is the two-bedroom apartment (available at an additional cost).
The apartment includes two bedrooms both with zip & link beds, set up as twins and with ceiling fans. The twin beds can be zipped together on request to make a super king in each bedroom (minimum 2 weeks notice), please note only single duvets are provided.
These two rooms share a bathroom with a bath with shower over, WC & basin. There is also an air-conditioned lounge with kitchenette, equipped with electric ceramic hobs (stove tops), fridge freezer, kettle & toaster. The lounge area has a smart TV (sign into applications with your own account).
Large private pool that is not overlooked
The large pool has child friendly Roman style steps and a seating ledge making it a perfect place to relax & read a book while cooling off.
There are plenty of sun beds for you to rest and relax whilst enjoying the Spanish sun.
The large covered terrace has an outdoor dining table conveniently located next to the pool. There is a gas BBQ for you to sample the fresh meat & fish of the area and a table tennis table to entertain all the family.
Villa Adefas is a large villa with many areas to relax .... perfect for family & friends to holiday together.
A quiet location, but within easy access to amenities and the sandy beaches of Estepona
The beach and many restaurants are only a few minutes away by car. A short drive from Villa Adelfas is the beach 'Playa el Saladillo'. This lovely, long beach doesn't get too over crowded in the high season. There are two beach restaurants 'La Antigua' and 'Pepe's Beach', which also hire sun beds & parasols. Estepona with its long sandy beaches and lively bars is only minutes away by car. This bustling sea-side resort is a vibrant area packed with shops, tapas bars and restaurants. La Rada beach in the centre has a lovely promenade ... perfect for an early evening stroll while choosing one of the many Chirringito's (beach bars) to eat at.
