All the above rates are for a maximum of six guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (except beach towels).
For bookings up to 13 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 14 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking.
This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

This lovely property has been decorated in a Maritime theme fitted out to a high standard including Venetian Plastered walls and designer mood lighting. The property boasts a spacious open plan living-dining room with comfortable seating and dining for six. For your entertainment there is a TV with with built-in Harman-Kardon sound system, DVD player, Apple TV box, and fibre optic internet.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a Coffee Machine, Wine Chiller, Dishwasher and Washing Machine, electric oven, electric hob (stove top), Microwave, RO water filter for drinking water, waste disposal unit and Fridge Freezer from Siemens. A separate laundry room adjoins the kitchen with a washing machine.
Down a corridor you will find the two bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king size bed, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The ensuite bathroom comprising of twin sinks, a bath with Hydro Massage with a shower over, WC and Bidet. The second bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning and an ensuite shower room with twin sinks, walk in shower, WC and Bidet. There is also a hallway cloakroom with WC. We can provide 2 fold up beds at this property for a 5th & 6th guest (extra charge of £50.p.p per week).
The lounge opens directly onto the beautiful terrace which provide the most incredible sea, beach & pool views. The terrace is fitted with all-round glass curtains giving additional living space during the cooler months yet open in the summer. Furnished with comfortable wicker furniture this is the perfect place to relax, siesta or enjoy dining al fresco. Marina de la Duquesa is perfectly located directly on Duquesa Beach and adjacent to Duquesa Marina. Puerto de la Duquesa really is one of the Costa del Sol's best kept secrets and it is only a few minutes stroll from Marina de la Duquesa. Along the waterfront is a wide variety of restaurants, intimate bars and small cafes. There is a vast choice of eating and drinking options including French, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Thai and of course Spanish with its fresh, local fish. A few of my favourites are La Traviata which offers an international cuisine & grill with a great atmosphere, Macues a traditional, high class, Spanish restaurant with lovely views of the marina and Parapriros an Italian restaurant with flair.
The beaches in Puerto Duquesa are excellent and have been awarded the blue flag for high standards of cleanliness. There are two very long, sandy beaches with their own beach bars. One beach stretches to the East as far as Sabinillas and on to Estepona the other winds around the coast to Sotogrande. The beach to the west of Puerto Duquesa (by the old castle) is sheltered and a good choice if you have small children.
Also, very close by is La Duquesa Golf and Country Club boasting an 18 hole course designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr, with wonderful sea and mountain views. Duquesa Golf also offers Tennis facilities.
