Rental terms

All the above rates are for a maximum of 6 guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (except beach towels). For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £10.00 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

The Venalmar garden apartment has a light and spacious feel and has an open-plan lounge and dining room. The apartment has been tastefully and elegantly furnished.

All 3 bedrooms enjoy the benefit of air conditioning, ceiling fans and ensuite bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a super king size bed (6 foot) and direct access to the front terrace. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a bath and a separate walk-in shower and wc.

There are two twin bedrooms: the first located at the rear of the apartment which has an en suite bathroom with a-shower-over-the-bath and wc. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, ceramic hobs (stove tops), electric oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. The washing machine is located just off the kitchen in a separate laundry room. In the lounge there is a TV with UK channels (BBC 1 & 2, ITV,SKY Sports 1 & 2, SKY movies drama & comedy, SKY News, NBC & C4) and a Blue-DVD player. The lounge opens onto a lovely covered terrace with an outdoor sofa & comfy chairs that overlooks your private garden; with it's glass curtains this terrace can be enjoyed all year round.

Fantastic pool set in mature, tropical gardens and direct access to the beach

From your private garden, down a few steps, is the large communal swimming pool is surrounded by tropical gardens, and has attached a shallow (0.65 to 1.83 meters) children's pool. This pool area rarely gets busy in the summer and there are ample communal sun loungers available for guests to use.

There is direct access to Salduba beach from the gardens ... so not far for the bucket and spade brigade! You will also find sun beds and shade at Saluda Beach restaurant.

On Benamara beach, located next to Venalmar is a great beach restaurant '' Salduda Beach'' serving a fresh Mediterranean & International cuisine in a unique setting ... highly recommend.

There is also a children's play area just 100 meters from the property surrounded by shady palms.

In this area there are many great restaurants. Benahavis, a delightful mountain village is not far, this village has remained remarkably unspoilt and stands at an elevation of 500 metres above sea level. This gourmet village has the highest concentration of high class restaurants in the region and draws many visitors who come simply to savour the fantastic cuisine.

Also, not far away is the lovely old town of Marbella which is full of charm, interesting shops and great places to eat. Don't forget to visit the 'Orange Square' a delightful place to enjoy a coffee & watch the world go by.
