Rental terms

All the above rates are for a maximum of four guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (except beach towels). For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £10€12.20 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150€183.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

Relax on your terrace and enjoy the uninterrupted sea views

Listen to the sound of the sea and enjoy the stunning view. There are two comfortable sun beds for your private use, so let the hours pass you by while enjoying a good book or wander through the gardens for a dip in the pool (situated approx. 50 metres from your apartment). For those of you who enjoy walking down the beach and swimming in the inviting waters of the Mediterranean this is the perfect location. At the bottom of the garden there is gate giving you direct access to the beach and a short stroll away you will find the very popular Tikitano Beach Restaurant.

In the lounge area for your entertainment there is a TV with an IPTV system (internet television) with many channels to choose from. The lounge opens directly onto a lovely covered terrace which has comfortable seating & a dining table to enjoy the warm summer evenings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob top (stove tops), an electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, etc. The washing machine s located in a separate laundry room off the kitchen.

There are 2 bedrooms in this apartment; a twin bedroom which uses an ensuite shower room with a walk-in-shower, double sinks and wc. The master bedroom is located at the front of the apartment enjoying the views of the garden and sea. This room benefits from terrace doors giving you direct access to the terrace & gardens. There is a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bath, separate walk-in shower, twin sinks & wc.

Menara Beach boasts an indoor heated pool


Menara Beach is the perfect place for a great holiday all year round as there is also an indoor heated pool, gymnasium and male & female saunas.

Please note the indoor heated pool is only open in the winter months. The Gym is the responsibility of the urbanisation and not Estepona Villas. Therefore we can not be held responsible if machinery is temporary out of order. The Gym is not manned and equipment is used at your own risk.

With the beach on your door step the location is perfect for couples and families with children. But, if you do fancy venturing a little further, Playa la Rada in Estepona centre is peppered with Chiringuitos (beach restaurants) and with its promenade it is a lovely place for an evening stroll while deciding where to eat. Bikini Beach offers fantastic fresh food and sun loungers to relax on.

Estepona old town is a very vibrant and authentically Spanish place to visit, packed with shops, tapas bars & restaurants.Estepona and the surrounding areas are scattered with numerous sandy beaches and Chiringuitos (beach bars) serving fantastic Mediterranean cuisine.
