Rental terms

These rates apply to a maximum of six guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (including pool towels). For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £10.00 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

A luxurious property in elegant surroundings

Los Granados del Mar has a lovely light and airy feel. As you enter this property you will instantly notice how the light pours through the full length windows into the modern spacious lounge.

Walking out onto the large terrace you can't help but be impressed by the most fantastic sea views. In the lounge there is a TV with a IPTV system with BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and many more English channels (including German, Portuguese & Dutch channels).

Los Granados del Mar also features a WiFi wireless Internet connection.

The luxury fitted kitchen has granite worktops and top of the range appliances, including a wall mounted electric oven and microwave, ceramic hobs, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster etc. There is a separate utility room with washing machine.

All the three bedrooms are air conditioned and have electric blinds:

The master suite is located at the front of the apartment with direct access to the front terrace and benefits with sea views. This bedroom has a super king size bed (180 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a large twin vanity unit, Jacuzzi spa bath, separate walk-in shower, wc & basin.

Bedroom two is located at the rear of the property and has twin beds and a private terrace. This room also has an ensuite bathroom with a shower-over-the-bath, WC & basin.

The third bedroom has twin beds. Located just next to this bedroom is a stylish shower room with a walk-in-shower, WC and basin.

Swim all year round with two fantastic outdoor pools and a heated indoor pool.

Set in mature tropical gardens are 2 fabulous swimming pools and an exclusive restaurant. You can also make an order to be delivered your apartment, so why not let the chef do the cooking while you relax with a pre-dinner drink on your own private terrace.

Both of the lagoon pools have 'beach' entrances perfect for gently easing yourself into the inviting waters. If you want to relax pool side there are plentiful sun beds to choose from in the tranquil gardens.

Los Granados del Mar offers direct access to the beach. Immediatly outside the urbanisation is a private beach area for residents & guests of Los Granados del Mar. During the summer months drinks can be ordered and served here to your sun bed on the private grassed area adjacent to the beach.

Just 100 meters along the beach is the 'Golden Mile' bar & restaurant serving great food in a relaxing atmosphere.

The heated indoor pool makes swimming year round a pleasure. During the hotter months the roof is retracted so that you can enjoy the Mediterranean sun whilst taking a dip. Communal facilities also include a Gym, Sauna, Turkish baths and Jacuzzi.

Stunning, uninterrupted sea views

Having an elevated position this apartment enjoys the most spectacular views of the Mediterranean sea and the Atlas mountains in Morocco in the far distance. With sunbeds, comfortable seating and an al-fresco dining area I'm sure you will spend a lot of your time on this beautiful terrace.

The fresh foods of Spain are excellent, Iberico ham is particularly good and the choice of sea food is plentiful and fresh ... the fish & sea food counter in the supermarket at Carefour has a fabulous choice. The wines of Spain are fantastic and they like to keep the best ones to themselves, what a better way to spend an evening than to sample different Riojas and Cavas.

If you don't feel like cooking, the on site restaurant will serve food to your apartment. There are also many excellent restaurants in the area to try. La Rada beach is peppered with Chirringitos (beach restaurants) ... why not enjoy an early evening stroll down the Paseo choosing where to eat that evening.

Los Granados del Mar truly benefits from an outstanding location .... enjoy a light sea breeze and the stunning views whilst dining al-fresco.
