La Perla Beach Maritimo is a lovely 3 bedroom, south west facing apartment that overlooks the swimming pool and offers superb views of the Mediterranean. The terrace has glass curtains that can be closed in the winter months making this a great all year round apartment.

La Perla is perfectly located - with two great beach restaurants only a few minutes walk from the apartment and the lovely town of Estepona just a short drive. Estepona is a charming, coastal town offering a wide selection of restaurants & chiringitos (beach bars) and a lovely marina.

The Costa del Sol has miles of beautiful sandy beaches, fantastic weather and picturesque towns making it Europe’s all-year-round favoured holiday destination.

Rental terms

All the above rates are for a maximum of six guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (except beach towels). For bookings up to 13 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 14 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

Chill out on your private terrace or relax by the pool listening to the sounds of the waves

La Perla Beach is a top quality, exclusive development set in extensive beautifully maintained gardens. Phase 1 is linked to phase 2 & 3 offering 4 pools to choose from ... with gentle Roman style steps they have easy access for children.

PLEASE NOTE that as this is a shared pool we have no control over when the pool is or isn't heated or to what temperature, so there is no charge for pool heating at this property. The main pool will also be closed outside the main summer season, the date this happens is out of our control, but the smaller pools will remain open.

A beautiful apartment for relaxation and leisure

You access La Perla Maritimo from the courtyard, from a small flight of stairs. As soon as you enter the property you will notice the way the light pours into the apartment through the full length windows which show off the great views over the pool and across the Mediterranean ... on a clear day the Riff mountains in Morocco can be seen in the far distance.

In the beautifully furnished lounge there is a Large Flat screen Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime & ABC News. The lounge opens directly onto a lovely covered terrace that overlooks the pool; and with glass curtains this terrace can be enjoyed all year round.

There are 3 bedrooms in this apartment, on the first level you will find 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a super king size bed with an ensuite shower room with wc. The second bedroom is located at the front of the apartment enjoying the sea views. There is a super king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bath, separate walk-in shower, twin sinks & wc. Up a flight of stairs you will find the light and airy master bedroom with vaulted ceilings and a ensuite bathroom with a wc, bath and a separate shower. There is a TV with Netflix (use your own account details).

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob top (stove tops), an electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, etc. Please note there is no microwave.

BBQ on your roof terrace while enjoying the fabulous views

Spending time outside and making the most of the great Spanish weather is a big part of a Spanish holiday. Your private roof terrace overlooks the beautiful blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea ... an enviable spot to enjoy the views out across the Mediterranean towards Morocco. There is a Triton gas BBQ and outdoor dining table to enjoy a long, lazy lunch or for dining al fresco on a balmy evening.

Or why not enjoy an early evening stroll along the beach and a cocktail at one of the chiringuitos (beach restaurants). Bahia Beach is an upmarket chiringuito located in front of La Perla Beach and La Sal a couple of minutes walk serves superb fish and paella, but if you want to dine out on a Sunday please reserve a table to avoid disappointment.
