The lounge and indoor dining room have large picture windows overlooking the pool with the Mediterranean sea in the background. The lounge and dining area is air-conditioned and for your enjoyment there is a 42" flat screen TV, DVD player, an I-pod docking station and SKY satellite (full SKY package including SKY sports). The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hobs (stove tops), two fridge/freezers, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. In a separate laundry room you will find a washing machines. Also on this level there is an additional sitting room with a 32 inch TV, SKY Free to View (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Ch4, ITV2, ITV3 and Sky news) and dvd-player.
Casa Rosa also features a WiFi wireless Internet connection (please bring your own laptop and see 'Accommodation' for connection charge).
Up a flight of stairs on the first floor you will find four of the bedrooms, all with sea views. There is a twin bedroom and two doubles with a king size bed and super king size bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower over the bath, wc and basin.
The master bedroom is also on this floor and has a super king size bed with a large ensuite shower room. There is a walk-in shower, twin basins and wc. This bedroom has a private terrace perfect to enjoy a quiet moment while enjoying the view of the Mediterranean.
From the hallway there is a flight of stairs leading down to the family suite which has 2 bedrooms ... the twin bedroom and a double bedroom with a super king size bed. The bathroom is ensuite to this room with a shower over the bath, sink and wc. The twin bedroom shares this bathroom.

Outdoor living is very much part of the lifestyle in Spain - the shaded terrace with the outdoor dining table & BBQ overlooks the pool and the Mediterranean .... this is a fabulous place to relax on a balmy summer evening sharing a glass of Rioja with your friends and family whilst cooking 'pinchitos' and fresh 'gambas' on the bbq.
The large heated pool (9.5m x 5m) has Roman type steps leading into the shallow end at 1m, then gently shelving to the deep end at 1.85m. Have a swim to cool down after soaking up the Spanish sun ... then there is no better way to relax than drying off on a sunbed with a book in hand.
Estepona a delightful place to stay
El Cristo Beach is only a short walk away, this delightful sheltered cove gently slopes into the sea ... perfect for families with children. There are two great beach chiringuitos here that serve mouth-watering snacks and seafood (please see our beach guide).
Estepona marina ia 15 minute walk (please note 200 m is up hill on the way back), enjoy a stroll admiring the boats or a cool drink whilst watching the world go by. There is a large selection of local and International restaurants to choose from. There is also a craft market every Sunday morning with all the usual and some unusual and interesting items.
The town of Estepona has a long promenade running the full length; here you will find a lovely long stretch of golden sand peppered with chirringitos and many street cafes & tapas bars down some charming narrow cobbled streets that are more used to horses than cars.
