All the above rates are for a maximum of six guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (except beach towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.
A lovely, spacious 3 bedroom townhouse with open-plan living
You enter No.22 The Belgravia Club into the first spacious lounge. This lovely room is bright and airy with large French doors opening onto a spacious sunny terrace with awning (shade), table and chairs. This terrace overlooks a small "orange square" & has views of the Marina and the Mediterranean Sea. On this level is also a cloakroom with WC and basin. In this first lounge there is a TV, dvd player, SKY free to view pack (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Ch4, ITV2, ITV3 and Sky news).
Down a flight of stairs you will find the kitchen fully equipped with electric oven, gas hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine etc. The kitchen opens out in to the large second lounge/dining room with a large table with seating for 6. The French doors lead directly onto a further terrace and the gardens. On this level there is a further cloakroom with WC and basin.
Upstairs from the first lounge are two of the double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom (bath with shower over, WC and basin). Next to the second double bedroom is a bathroom with a shower over the bath, WC and basin. On the top floor is a further double bedroom with views over the Mediterranean and marina. An extra z-bed (free of charge) is possible to allow two people to sleep in separate beds.

The second lower lounge opens out onto a small terrace giving direct access to a lovely communal courtyard filled with Seville orange trees, and easy access to the lovely pool area only 50m from here. The large shared pool is set in pretty lawned gardens and has sun lounges available for you to use. There are lots of areas to sunbathe or relax in the shade of one of the mature trees enjoying a good book or afternoon siesta. There is also an impressive poolside Andalucian style bbq (shared with all guests at the Belgravia Club) which is a perfect place to enjoy an out-door dining experiance.
Ideally located for El Cristo beach and Estepona Marina
El Cristo beach is only 300m from the Belgravia Club. This lovely sheltered cove is perfect for children, and there are also two new beach chiringitos that serve mouth-watering snacks and seafood.
The marina is a great place to stroll around, admire the boats or enjoy a cool drink while watching the world go by. There is a craft market every Sunday morning with all the usual and some unusual and interesting items. The 'old town' of Estepona is an enjoyable 15-minute stroll down the Paseo Maritimo; here you will find many street cafes and Tapas bars down some charming narrow cobbled streets that are more used to horses than cars!
A visit to Gibraltar to see the monkeys is only a 40 min drive and if you yearn for the nightlife, Puerto Banus near Marbella is now only 20 minutes on the new motorway.
