Please note the car park is 100-150 meters from Las Brevas. Las Brevas is located approximately 100 meters below the N-377 connecting the coast to Manila. The nearest beach in Sabinillas is only a 5 minute drive and has a lovely promenade with many places to eat.

You enter Los Brevas into the open-plan kitchen and dining area. The new spacious modern kitchen has granite work-tops, an electric oven & ceramic hobs (stove top), microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, washing machine etc. Next to the kitchen is the dining area; down a few steps is the bright and airy air-conditioned lounge with a 32" HD-ready flat screenTV, DVD player and SKY Free to view ( BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Ch4, ITV2, ITV3 and Sky news). The lounge overlooks the pool and has views to the coast.
On the first level is also one of the air-conditioned twin bedrooms which is more suitable for children.

Up a flight of stairs you will find a spacious and light twin bedroom overlooking the pool, this bedroom also benefits from air-conditioning. Next door is a bathroom with a shower over the bath, wc and basin. Also, on this floor is a small terrace with a table and chairs ... perfect for you enjoy a quiet breakfast away from the family whilst enjoying the views.
On the top floor is a bright and fresh spacious master bedroom with sea views, again this bedroom is air-conditioned with heating in the cooler winter months. This lovely room has a designer ensuite walk-in-shower room with wc and basin.
Private pool with sea views
Comfortable sunbeds & pool towels are all provided, whilst the pool isn't large (approx. 6m x 3.5m) it's perfectly fine for cooling off in on those hot Spanish summer days. Soak up the Spanish sunshine or indulge in a good book in the shade of one of the palm trees. The pool can be heated at an extra chage of £100 p/w.
Conveniently located outside the kitchen is an outdoor dining table and bbq for you to enjoy outdoor dining late into the warm Spanish evening.
