All the above rates are for a maximum of eight guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels, including pool towels.
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.
Newly furnished with style and quality
Parking at Borboleta is under the house, from here you have direct access to the 1st floor accommodations. On the first floor you will find a new, modern, well equipped kitchen with electric hobs (stove top), oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, coffee machine etc. Opposite the kitchen there is a w/c and basin. The hallway off the kitchen opens into the lounge/dining room, which has been finished to a high standard including a stylish glass dining table and Italian leather sofas. There is a TV and SKY satellite free to view (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Ch4, SKY news etc)DVD and CD/radio cassette. The lounge opens onto your large private outdoor terrace with dining for eight and sunloungers for you to soak up the Spanish sun while listen to the sound of waves gently lapping over the shore. This is also a great place to take advantage of the warm Spanish evenings while enjoying a leisurely meal with all the family.
On the second floor you will find the light and bright master bedroom with a small private balcony that looks over the rooftops to the sea. This bedroom has a lovely ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath, wc and twin basins. On this floor are also the two twin bedrooms that share a bathroom with a shower over the bath, wc and basin. Up another flight of stairs you will find another double bedroom, this room is spacious and bright with a private balcony giving you fantastic views of the mediterranean, a great place to relax and enjoy a private breakfast.
Fantastic shared pool with direct acess to the beach
The large shared pools at Borboleta are set in lovely tropical gardens & the beach is just at the bottom of the garden - here you will find a typical Spanish chiringuito (beach bar - only open in the main season). There is also a smaller childrens pool, poolside showers & wc's. The area next to La Borboleta is protected & a sanctuary for parrots ... you can usually hear them in the trees next to the pool whilst sunbathing in the gardens.
With views of the sea this is a great place to relax, soak up that Spanish sunshine and enjoy a good book. At lunch stroll down to the beach and enjoy lunch at the beach bar or if you fancy a gentle walk it is only about a 25 minute stroll along the beach to Puerto Duquesa marina where you'll find a large selection of restaurants and bars.
Perfectly situated for the beach
The location of Borboleta is ideal being situated next to the inviting waters of the Mediterranean. The marina of "Puerto de La Duquesa" is a relaxing walk along the beach and is one of the most popular marinas on the Costa del Sol ... there are many cafes & restaurants to choose from and a large selection of shops. There is also a very good craft market held every Saturday evening in the port (summer season only) .... well worth a visit.
The lovely old town of Estepona with its cobbled streets is only a 10/15 minute drive. Estepona town is a very vibrant and Spanish place, it is packed with shops, tapas bars, restaurants and has beautiful squares perfect to watch the world go by. Estepona is a truly a delightful place for your memorable holiday.
