All the above rates are for a maximum of six guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (except beach towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.
A newly furnished 3 bedroom townhouse
On the ground floor you will find the lounge/dining room which is airy and light, there is a wood burning stove and new modern furniture ... the TV is supplied with SKY satellite (free to view package, BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Ch4, Ch5, Sky News). The lounge opens onto your private garden area with outdoor dining and BBQ. On the ground floor you will also find a wc and basin. Next to the lounge is a modern, well equipped kitchen with electric oven & hobs (stove top), fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster etc.
The first floor comprises of 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath. The other double bedroom and twin room share a walk-in shower room, wc and basin.
There is a private roof terrace with a dining table and sun loungers to relax.

Gunilla is lovely townhouse situated in a quiet area at Duquesa golf. The beach is only 1.5km away where you will find chiringitos (beach bars) serving mouth watering sea food. Duquesa marina is one of the most popular marinas on the Costa del Sol and is only a short walk along the beach. It is a very pleasant place for a stroll, offering an exceptional variety of restaurants, bars and cafes.
The lovely old town of Estepona with its cobbled streets is about a 10 to 15 minute drive. Estepona town is a very vibrant and Spanish place, it is packed with shops, tapas bars, restaurants and has beautiful squares perfect for watching the world go by.
