All the above rates are for a maximum of seven guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (except beach towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

On the ground floor of Lobon Orchid is the bright living/dining room that opens directly onto your private, gated terrace. There is a TV, SKY satellite system with a free to view pack (BBC1, BBC2 ITV1, Ch4, ITV2, ITV3 and Sky news etc) and DVD-player. The kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hobs (stove tops), electric oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. The washing machine is located in a separate laundry room in the garage area.
Lobon Orchid is set over 3 floors and comprises of 2 bedrooms on the first floor (1 double and 1 children's room) ... both are air-conditioned (with heating in the winter). The chidrens bedroom sleeps 3 with a single bed & bunk beds and has the use of a bathroom with a shower over the bath, wc and basin. The double bedroom has a private terrace overlooking the gardens and an ensuite bathroom with shower over the bath, wc & basin. The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor, it is air-conditioned with an ensuite bathroom with a bath, wc & basin. This bedroom also has a private terrace with sea views .... enjoy your morning coffee in private whilst looking out over the Mediterranean.
Two shared pools on a beach front setting
There are two large shared pools & a children's pool - they rarely get crowded making Lobon Beach the perfect family getaway. The beach is also just 100 meters away at the bottom of the garden.
Perfectly situated for family holidays and golfers alike
For you sand and sea lovers the beach with the inviting waters of the Mediterranean is just at the bottom of the garden. From here you can walk to El Cristo beach, a lovely sheltered cove perfect for children; El Cristo has two beach chiringitos that serve mouth-watering snacks and seafood. This is a great place to enjoy your lunch or an early evening drink whilst watching the sun go down. Just along from El Cristo Beach is Estepona's charming port which has a large selection of bars & restaurants ... there is a great Sunday market for buying those souvenirs and gifts to take home.
Estepona is one of the few coastal towns that has succeeded in maintaining its pueblo charm and character. There are numerous, squares, street cafes and tapas bars to enjoy a coffee whilst people watching.
