This modern spacious villa has a lovely bright and airy feel about it. The lounge with its large windows overlooks the pool with the Mediterranean sea in the background. The lounge is air-conditioned and fully equipped with a TV, DVD player (a selection of dvd's can be found on the bookcase on the landing), SKY satellite (free to view pack: BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Ch4, SKY news etc) and a CD player. There is a separate dining room just a few steps up from the lounge. The lounge leads into the large, stylish kitchen ... perfect for you to create your Mediterranean feast. The kitchen is fully equipped with two electric ovens, gas hobs (stove tops), American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. In a separate utility room you will find the washing machine & another small fridge.
Also on the ground floor you will find two of the double bedrooms, one with a king bed and twin ceiling fans and a small bedroom with a double bed (more suitable for children) .. this room also has a ceiling fan. These two bedrooms share a shower room with walk-in shower, wc and basin.
Up a flight of stairs leads to the gallery that overlooks the lounge, on this level are 4 more bedrooms. The first double bedroom has a ceiling fan and an aqua blue ensuite shower room with walk-in shower, wc & basin. Also on this floor is the twin bedroom with a ceiling fan and the double bedroom with twin ceiling fans. This double room benefits from a large private balcony with sea views and a spiral stairway leading directly to the pool & garden ... perfect to slip away for that midnight swim! These two rooms share a bathroom with a shower over the bath, wc and basin.
The spacious master bedroom is air-conditioned with a super king bed and private balcony overlooking the pool and great views of the Mediterranean ... what a great place to wake up in the morning! The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, twin designer sinks, wc and bidet.

Just a short walk from Vista del Mar is a lovely beach that also has a great beach restaurant which is very popular with the locals ... fresh fish, paella & sangria!
Estepona, Casares and Sabinillas remain refreshingly traditional Spanish villages and all are within easy reach of Vista del Mar. Within a couple of minutes drive (or a lovely beach walk) is the town of Sabinillas and the pretty port at La Duquesa both have a large variety of restaurants, cafes and bars. 14 km inland is the much photographed white pueblo of Casares known as the ´Hanging Village'.
The Robert Trent Jones Golf course at Duquesa is only a 5 minute drive and with panoramic views of the marina and Estepona Golf it's a joy to play here. Even closer is the golf course at Finca Cortesin towards Casares ... which is a fantastic green paradise. Also nearby, within 20 minutes are Alcaidesa Links course, Valderrama and San Roque Golf Club.
