All the above rates are for a maximum of six guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (except beach towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.
Stylishly decorated for comfort and relaxation
This ground floor apartment has been stylishly decorated for space and comfort. The apartment comprises of 1 double bedroom, which has an ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath, WC, basin and bidet. The twin bedded room over-looks one of the swimming pools. There is another bathroom with a shower over the bath, WC, basin and bidet.
The lounge-dining room is open plan & has a sofa bed suitable for 2 children. The dining table has seating for 6 and in the lounge you will find a TV, DVD player and a SKY satellite system with free to view (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Ch4, ITV2, ITV3 and Sky news) and a CD/cassette/radio. Costalita features a wireless ADSL Internet connection so don't forget your laptop! (for an extra charge of £25 p/w) . The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hobs (stove tops) and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher etc. There is a separate laundry room off the kitchen with washing machine, sink, ironing board and iron.
Designer shaped pool set in tropical gardens
The apartment benefits from a private terrace to the rear of the apartment with a dining area, this is a great place to relax and unwind. Step out of your front door and take a few leisurely steps to the designer shaped pool. This pool area rarely gets busy and there are communal sun loungers available for guests. Relax around the pool or wander through the beautiful landscaped gardens with fountains and water features.
Direct access to the beach
The beach 'Playa el Saladillo' is accessed directly through the gardens at Costalita. This is a lovely long, wide beach that doesn't get to over crowded in the high season. Not far away you will find Selwo wild-life and adventure park for hours of fun for all the family. Or for a taste of the ‘high-life’, you are only a 10 minutes drive away from the jet set resorts of Marbella & Puerto Banus filled with the ‘rich and famous’ and perfect for people watching. Costalita is convenient for visiting the beautiful mountain village of Benahavis. There you can enjoy a stroll around the pretty squares, art and craft shops and enjoy a meal in one of its many restaurants. This gourmet village has the highest concentration of high-class restaurants in the region and draws many visitors who come simply to savour the fantastic cuisine.
There are more than 30 excellent golf courses on the Costa del Sol and many well known courses are close by ... Monte Mayor, Flamingos, El Paraiso, Guadalmina to name a few.
