All the above rates are for a maximum of four adults + 2 children + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (except beach towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.
Sleek and stylish lounge and kitchen
The owner has taken great care and attention to detail when matching the modern decor and furnishings. The lounge has a flat screen TV with SKY free to view package (limited channels BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Ch4, ITV2, ITV3 and Sky news) and dvd - player.
The superb contemporary kitchen has black granite work-tops and is fully equipped with ceramic hobs (stove tops), a stainless steel oven, microwave, retro designer 'Smeg' fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine etc. The breakfast bar with its innovative bar stools separates the kitchen and lounge. There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite walk-in shower room and a TV (SKY linked from the lounge). The family room contains a double bed and bunk beds making the accommodation in this apartment very flexible.

There are 2 pools & 2 tennis courts available for guest use. The well known blue flag El Cristo Beach is only 400 metres away.
Estepona a delightful place to stay
The location of Puerto Paraiso is ideal, it is close to the sea front, very near Estepona marina and only 400 meters from the delightful blue flag beach 'El Cristo'. This beach is set in a lovely sheltered cove making it ideal for families with children. There are also two new beach chiringtos that serve delicious fresh seafood and snacks.
The marina is a very pleasant place for a stroll, there are many cafes and restaurants to choose from. On Sunday mornings at the marina there is a popular craft market selling everthing from leatherwear to ceramics, this is great place to buy those holiday gifts!
The lovely old town of Estepona with its cobbled streets is only a 15 minute stroll along the Paseo Maritimo. Estepona town is a very vibrant and Spanish place, it is packed with shops, tapas bars, restaurants and has beautiful squares perfect to watch the world go by. Estepona is a truly a delightful place for your memorable holiday.
