This 1st floor spacious accommodation is one of approx. 35 townhouses/apartments that share a superb pool and mature well kept gardens; the pool is just 25 metres from your apartment.

All the above rates are for a maximum of four guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (except beach towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

This first floor spacious accommodation is accessed via a lift or stairs. The apartment has been tastefully decorated and comprises of 1 double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a twin bedroom also with a ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms and the large lounge/dining room benefit from ceiling fans. In the lounge is a TV, DVD, SKY satellite system with free to view ( BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Ch4, ITV2, ITV3 and Sky news) and a cd/cassette/radio. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hobs (stove tops), microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine etc. There is private secure parking immediately by the front door.
The property also benefits from Wi-Fi ADSL Internet (bring your own computer).
A superb terrace with views to the mature well kept gardens
The lovely large terrace faces south and overlooks the well kept gardens, a great place to relax and unwind.
The Marina has something for everyone
The marina (pictured left) is a great place to stroll around, admire the boats or sit in one of the many bars or restaurants and watch the world go by. There is a craft market every Sunday morning with all the usual and some unusual and interesting items. It seems the marina has become the weekend meeting place for just about everyone. The 'old town' of Estepona is only a 20 minute stroll down the Paseo Maritimo; here you will find many street cafes and tapas bars down some charming narrow cobbled streets that are more used to horses than cars! Nearby, El Cristo beach is perfect for children being situated in a delightful sheltered cove with lots of water sport activities. There are also two new beach chiringitos that serve mouth-watering snacks and seafood.
