All the above rates are for a maximum of eight guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (including pool towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

On the ground floor you will find a double bedroom with a super king bed and direct access to the pool and gardens. Next door is a lovely light shower room with wc and basin. The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom with wc and basin. On this floor there is also a further wc near the frount door.
The master bedroom is located upstairs on a floor of its own. It has a king bed in a very spacious private room with an ensuite bathroom, wc and basin. The master bedroom benifits from a private terrace with dining table and chairs. Why not enjoy the view while having a quite, outdoor breakfast away from the family.
Casa Azul benifits from full air conditioning and heating in the winter.
The open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge is spacious and light with large patio doors leading directly to the pool and garden. For your entertainment there is a TV, DVD player, SKY satellite system with free to view (limited channels, BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Ch4, ITV2, ITV3 and Sky news). The well equipped kitchen is complete with electric oven, gas hobs (stove tops), microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. There is a seperate laundry room.
Private pool, tropical lawned gardens and BBQ area
The lounge leads directly onto a large patio with a beautiful private pool (approx. 9m x 5m); ample comfortable sun loungers and a parasol are provided. There is a large lawned area for children to play or for you to loose yourself in a quiet corner to read a book in the shade.
Outside the lounge overlooking the pool is a lovely shaded dining area, with a remote operated sun awning, that seats up to eight. There is also a poolside barbecue ... a perfect place to enjoy a leisurely lunch while watching the children splash around in the pool.
The pool & garden is on the same level as the lounge, kitchen & 3 of the bedrooms ... the direct access to the pool from the lounge makes it perfect for that early morning swim before everyone else arises!
Your private terrace with views to the south
On the first floor is the very spacious, bright and airy master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. It has a large, South-facing private terrace (see picture) with extensive open views.
With 300 days of sunshine a year Sotogrande has something for everyone. For some it's a sport, sailing, golfing, tennis or polo paradise and for others it's a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the fabulous beaches and surroundings.
With year round sun the Costa del Sol is perfect for your golfing vacation. The golf is excellent in this area with many well known courses close by ... Valderrama, Sotogrande, San Roque, Alcaidesa, Duquesa, Estepona to name a few. Whether you're looking for a beach and action holiday for the kids or a lazy getaway break, the Costa del Sol has something for everyone.
