Villa Blanca is a spacious and striking holiday home. From the moment you enter the villa into the vaulted hallway you know that this is something special! The lawned pool area is private and conveniently located directly outside the lounge and shaded outdoor dining area. This is a perfect spot to watch the kids have fun in the sun whilst you enjoy one of those long leisurely Spanish lunches with a large glass of Rioja or two!
Villa Blanca is in easy walking distance of the beach and restaurants and only a short drive from the many attractions of Estepona. After a fun day on the beach, playing golf or sight seeing, why not choose one of the numerous friendly restaurants and tapas bars in the lovely town of Estepona. Estepona Town is only a few minutes drive away with many shops, bars and charming restaurants. In the narrow cobbled streets of the old town are a number of small Plazas or squares (next to Calle Real) in which to enjoy a coffee or a large glass of Rioja. La Rada beach in the centre of Estepona has a lovely promenade perfect for a stroll, and the golden sand is peppered with lots of Chirringito's (beach bars) to choose from.
Come to Spain where the locals celebrate fiestas with a passion and the atmosphere has a relaxed 'manana' attitude.

These rates apply to a maximum of ten people + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (including pool towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

Villa Blanca is built on two floors; the upper floor has a large lounge/landing with seating for 5, off this lounge is the spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in dressing room. Two walls of the master bedroom are floor to ceiling glass with panoramic views to the Mediterranean and Gibraltar in the distance. Also, on this floor you will find another double bedroom and a twin bedded room, these 2 bedrooms share one of the villas 3 bathrooms.
On the ground floor is a double bedroom and a twin bedded room, these two bedrooms share the third bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and stove tops (hobs), microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, juicer, toaster etc. The spacious living area is bright and airy with patio doors leading to the outdoor dining and pool area. This lovely room is both tastefully and comfortably furnished with seating for 10. TV and SKY satellite free to view (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Ch4, SKY news etc), DVD and cd/cassette are all provided for your enjoyment.
The property also benefits from Wi-Fi ADSL Internet (bring your own computer).
The garden and heated pool are private and not overlooked
The lounge leads to a covered patio with a large dining table for 10, which overlooks the large swimming pool (approx. 8m x 4m + Roman steps) and lawned garden. The pool area is private and not overlooked, comfortable sunbeds, shade and a poolside bbq are provided. This is a perfect place to top up your tan or relax in the shade while indulging in a good book.
Ideally situated to cater for most guests' interests
Villa Blanca is only a 5 minute walk to Arena beach where you will find the 5 star Elba Hotel and Spa, daily Spa membership welcome. The well know restaurant SWING and LA MENORAH (international cuisine) are less than a 5 minute walk. Just 3km away is El Cristo beach, a delightful sheltered cove which is perfect for children. There are also two new beach "chiringitos" that serve mouth-watering snacks and seafood. Venture just a short way inland to uncover the delights of the "Real Spain" - an area peppered with traditio nal Spanish restaurants ("ventas") amid breathtaking mountain views.
They call this the Costa del Golf and with nearly 60 courses in Andalucia, including more than 30 on the Costa del Sol, it's easy to see why! With year round sun the Costa del Sol is perfect for your golfing vacation. The golfing experience is excellent in this area with many well known courses close by ... Valderamma, San Roque, Duquesa, Estepona, Monte Mayor to name a few.
