Casa Julia has a light and spacious feel about it with an open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. In the lounge area there is a flat screen TV with SKY (free to view), DVD player and a Bose i-pod docking station. The Lounge opens directly onto the decked terrace and infinity pool that overlooks the practice range at Atalaya Golf.
The stylish kitchen has silestone worktops & top of the range appliances, including a microwave, electric oven, ceramic hobs, American style fridge-freezer, separate drinks fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine etc.
In the hallway, convenient for the pool, is a shower-room with a wc sink & walk in shower.
Up a few steps from the lounge area are three bedrooms; a twin, a double with a double bed and a double with a Spanish king size bed. These three bedrooms share a bathroom with a wc & twin sinks. There is also a shower room just off the kitchen with a wc, sink and walk-in shower. Up a flight of stairs is the second twin bedroom and the master suite with a Spanish king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, large walk-in shower, wc and twin sinks.

Overlooking the infinity pool (approx. 10m x 5m) & gardens is a lovely shaded terrace which is stylishly furnished with rattan sofas ... a perfect place to relax on a balmy summer evening sharing a glass of Rioja with your friends and family whilst cooking the 'gambas' on the bbq. Or perhaps you might prefer to read a book or just simply day-dream of your next visit to Casa Julia!

With in excess of 320 days sunshine a year, you are practically guaranteed perfect weather for a BBQ. Have a long leisurely lunch sampling some of the best food and drink the Mediterranean has to offer.
Enjoy time together sharing a BBQ'ed lunch. Iberico pork is particularly good here and ribs in BBQ sauce a particular favourite of mine. Fish is also plentiful and fresh, the fish & sea food counter in the supermarket at El Corte Ingles has a fabulous choice. The wines of Spain are fantastic and they like to keep the best ones to themselves, what a better way to spend an evening than to sample different Riojas and Cavas. If cooking is too much like hard work there are many excellent restaurants in the area to try.
They call this the Costa del Golf and with nearly 60 golf courses in Andalucia, including more than 30 on the Costa del Sol, it's easy to see why! With year round sun the Costa del Sol is perfect for your golfing vacation; and Casa Julia is ideally situated for these many championship courses.
