As you enter villa Lobo will find a large bright living area with a high vaulted ceiling; the comfortable lounge has a 42" flat screen TV, SKY satellite (full SKY package), DVD player & Wii Games console (with Wii Sports). The lounge opens directly onto a large terrace with a comfortable outdoor seating area that overlooks the pool.
The stylish modern kitchen features a breakfast table & bar, an electric hob and oven with a separate electric grill, microwave, fridge freezer, small drinks fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc. Please note in the separate utility room located downstairs next to the garage you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The kitchen opens onto the large covered terrace with an outdoor dining area with seating for 10.
All the bedrooms are generously sized and finely decorated. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground level to the right of the entrance; the first bedroom has twin beds and the second a king bed. These rooms share a shower room with a walk-in shower, w/c and basin. Also on the ground floor is a cloakroom with wc & basin.
Up a flight of stairs you will find 3 double bedrooms all with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms/shower-rooms. The master bedroom has lovely views of the pool and golf driving range; the ensuite master bathroom boasts a funky, modern roll top bath and a large walk-in shower, twin sinks and wc. Along an open corridor, which over-looks the lounge are the other two double bedrooms - both with ensuites; one with a large walk-in shower, wc and basin and the other with a bath & a separate walk-in shower, wc and basin.

This southwest facing villa has open panoramic views of golf the driving range & the mountains and sea in the far distance. The large covered terrace is gated from the main pool area making it safe and easy to keep an eye on young children. There is an outdoor dining table conveniently located just outside the kitchen and by the lounge comfortable sofas and chairs for enjoying a G&T whilst watching the sun go down. There is also a Table tennis table to entertain the children.
The large heated pool (approx. 10m x 6m) with child friendly Roman style steps is great for family fun all year round. There are plenty of sun beds for you to rest and relax whilst enjoying the Spanish sun.
With in excess of 320 days sunshine a year, you are practically guaranteed perfect weather for a BBQ. Have a long leisurely lunch sampling some of the best food and drink the Mediterranean has to offer. Iberico pork is particularly good here and ribs in BBQ sauce a particular favourite of mine. Fish is also plentiful and fresh, the fish & sea food counter in the supermarket at Corte Ingles has a fabulous choice. The wines of Spain are fantastic and they like to keep the best ones to themselves, what a better way to spend an evening than to sample different Riojas and Cavas.
Ideally located close to the gourmet village of Benahavis
The gourmet village of Benahavis is less than 5 km away and has the highest concentration of high class restaurants in the region and draws many visitors who come simply to savour the fantastic cuisine. This delightful mountain village has remained remarkably unspoilt and stands at an elevation of 500 metres above sea level.
There are more than 30 excellent golf courses on the Costa del Sol with ... all on your door step.
The beach 'Playa Saladillo' is only a few minutes by car. This is a lovely long, wide beach doesn't get too over-crowded in the high season. There are two great beach restaurants 'La Antigua' and 'Pepe's Beach'; both also hire sun beds & parasols.
