Wander to the bottom of the garden where you will find the beach, and just a little further the well known El Cristo beach with two beach bars. This lovely sandy beach is perfect for young children (see our beach guide). Next to El Cristo Beach is Estepona Marina with a large selection of bars and restaurants.

All the above rates are for a maximum of six guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (except beach towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

Lobon Jasmine is set over 3 floors and comprises of 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) on the first floor ... both are air-conditioned (with heating in the winter). The twin bedroom has the use of a bathroom with a shower over the bath, bidet, wc and basin. The double bedroom has a private terrace overlooking the gardens and an ensuite bathroom with shower over the bath, bidet, wc & basin. The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor, it is air-conditioned with an ensuite bathroom (with bath, bidet, wc & basin) & a private terrace with sea views. This room also has a small office with ADSL wi-fi Internet (don't forget your laptop). There is a small fridge & kettle .... make youself a morning coffee, sit on your lovely terrace and watch the sun rise over the Mediterranean.
The lounge is airy and spacious ... there is a log burner for the winter and a TV with SKY satellite (free to view pack: BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Ch4, SKY news etc), DVD player and a cd/radio/cassette player. The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob (stove tops), electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher etc. The washing machine is located in a separate laundry room in the garage area.

Directly outside the lounge is a lovely terrace with a BBQ ... make the most of the fresh sea food on offer ... enjoy some BBQ sardines and a large glass of wine at sundown.
Spending time outside and making the most of the sunshine is a big part of a Spanish holiday. Lobon Jasmine has 2 swimming pools to choose from as well as a children's pool for the little ones. But, if you fancy a stroll why not wander through the tropical gardens to the beach and take a leisurely walk whilst paddling in the sea.
