These rates apply to a maximum of eight guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (including pool towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

Villa Montymar is built on two floors; upstairs are two bedrooms with double beds, air-conditioning and private terraces enjoying lovely views. These two rooms share a walk- in shower room with a separate w/c. On the ground floor near the entrance is the first of the twin bedrooms which benefits from air-conditioning and an ensuite bathroom with a separate walk- in shower, sink & w/c. The second twin bedroom is in a separate annex, it is air-conditioned and has a shower room with a basin and w/c. There is also a small fridge and kettle.
The modern kitchen has granite work tops and is fully equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hobs, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine. The living area is spacious and comfortable; TV, DVD player, SKY satellite (free to view pack: BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Ch4, SKY news etc) are all provided. The indoor dining area leads on to a lovely outdoor dining terrace which ove looks the pool and has fantastic views of the Mediterranean.

Outdoor living is a very big part of the lifestyle in Spain, with the all year round warm weather this is where you will spend most of your holiday. The pool is private and not overlooked, it is ideally located next to the outdoor terrace and has Roman style steps leading into the shallow end; there are ample sun beds to relax in the Spanish sunshine with a good book in hand. If you have children there is a nice lawned area next to the pool which is perfect for kicking around a ball.

The shaded outdoor terrace and dining area overlooks the pool with the Mediterranean in the distance .... this is a fabulous place to relax on a warm summers morning sipping coffee whilst planning the day ahead.
Estepona is located on the Western Costa del Sol at the foot of the Sierra Bermeja mountains. Its coastline is scattered with numerous sandy beaches, the closest to Villa Montymar being 'La Rada beach'. Located in front of the town centre ... this beach has golden sand, a lovely promenade and many Chiringuitos (beach bars) to sample the local cuisine.
At the Western end of the 'Paseo Maritimo' is Estepona's charming port with a large selection of bars, restaurants and a great market on Sunday for those souvenirs and gifts to take home.
