These rates apply to a maximum of eight guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (including pool towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.
A Contemporary and Stylish Villa
On the first floor are two twin bedrooms (air conditioned) that share a bathroom with a shower over the bath, wc and basin. The master bedroom (air-conditioned) has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath, wc and twin basins.
The entrance hall leads to the spacious and bright living/dining room with views of the pool and is decorated to a high standard in a modern style. There is a flat screen TV, SKY satellite system with a free to view pack (BBC1, BBC2 ITV1, Ch4, ITV2, ITV3 and Sky news etc) and DVD-player. The modern kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob (stove tops), electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher etc. Also on the ground floor is one of the double bedrooms which has a shower-room with walk-in shower, wc and basin.
Private pool and tropical lawned gardens
The lounge leads directly onto a large patio with a beautiful private pool; ample comfortable sun loungers are provided. There is a lawned area for children to play or for you to loose yourself in a quiet corner to read a book in the shade.
The pool & garden are on the same level as the lounge, kitchen & one of the double bedrooms ... there is direct access to the pool from the lounge ... perfect for an early morning swim before everyone else rises.
Enjoy an al fresco meal at the poolside barbecue and then cool off with a dip in the floodlit pool. Lagomar must be the perfect retreat for that stress-free holiday.
Located Close to the Jet Set Resort of Puerto Banus
There are a selection of exclusive beach clubs to choose from in the area. The only boutique style beach club on the Costa del Sol is 'Buddha Beach' located in Puerto Banus. The main area is set back from the shore featuring raised wooden decks, a swimming pool and views out to the Mediterranean. There are two person shaded Cabane beds with waiter service and a discreet VIP area with its own large rock pool Jacuzzi.
Mistral Beach is definitely one of the most popular beach clubs around. There are ample sun beds to relax on and a superb water sports centre for those wishing to be a bit more active. The restaurant serves excellent food, much of it cooked on an on-show barbecue by their charismatic head chef!
Puerto Banus Marina was built in 1970 and is home to some of the most impressive yachts in the world. Here the nightlife buzzes with a wide array of alfresco bars and expensive restaurants. By day this place is a shopper's dream bursting with designer outlets and small interesting shops.
If you enjoy a wander around a lively market then Puerto Banus Bull Ring on a Saturday morning is the place to be. This is my favourite, and one of the largest Markets on the Costa del Sol. It is an interesting place to look around and great to pick up a bargain or a holiday gift.
