All the above rates are for a maximum of four guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: all linen/towels (except beach towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.
A bright and spacious apartment decorated to a high standard
This stunning apartment has been decorated to a very high standard. There are 2 bedrooms - 1 twin bedroom and a double bedroom with access to the front terrace. These two rooms share a shower room with a walk-in shower, wc & basin.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob top (stove tops), electric oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine etc. The lounge / dining room has a flat screen, plasma TV and SKY satellite free to view (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Ch4, SKY news etc) and DVD player.

The lounge opens onto your large private terrace which has an outdoor dining table and sunbeds for you to relax in whilst making the most of the Spanish sunshine.
There are two shared pools making this the perfect family getaway. Please note the pools are approx. 250 m from the apartment.
Ideally situated for many peoples interests
La Resina is situated in a quiet area near La Resina Golf. SELWO nature park is less than a 5 minute drive and is a great fun day out for all the family. This is a unique park where animals of the five continents coexist in semi wild conditions (see our activities guide).
The beach is only 5 minutes away by car where you will find Chiringitos (beach bars) serving mouth watering sea food.
The lovely town of Marbella town is a very vibrant and Spanish place; it is packed with shops, boutiques, tapas bars, restaurants. The Orange Square or 'Plaza de los Naranjos' is the historic centre of Marbella. For over one thousand years the people of Marbella have used 'Plaza de los Naranjos' as the place to meet and to be seen. This is a perfect place to enjoy a drink whilst watching the world go by.
