All the above rates are for a maximum of four guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: all linen/towels (except beach towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.
Spacious and attractively Furnished
This stunning apartment has been decorated with style and for comfort. There are 2 bedrooms - 1 twin bedroom with an ensuite walk-in shower, wc & basin. The master bedroom has direct access to the front terrace, a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with twin sinks, a bath with shower over & wc.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob top (stove tops), electric oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine etc. The lounge / dining room has a flat screen, plasma TV and SKY satellite free to view (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Ch4, SKY news etc) and DVD player.
Large, private terrace perfect for relaxation
There are two shared, large pools - they rarely get crowded making this the perfect family getaway. This is the perfect place to enjoy the view with a good book, soak up some of the Spanish sun ... put your feet up, go local, and enjoy a Siesta in the shade.
For you sand and sea lovers the beach with the inviting waters of the Mediterranean is only a short drive. The Costa del Sol is peppered with Chirringitos (beach bars) for you to sample the local food and famous bbq sardines (particularly good at 'Heaven', 4 km away). Please note that this apartment is approx. 250m from the pools.

The lounge opens onto your large private terrace with views across the countryside and the Mediterranean sea in the distance. There is an outdoor dining table ... this is a great spot for a long leisurely breakfast or a moonlit meal with a glass or two of Rioja with your friends and family.
La Resina is situated in a quiet area near La Resina Golf. SELWO is a nature park is less than a 5 minute drive and is a great fun day out for all the family. This is a unique park where animals of the five continents coexist in semi wild conditions (see our activities guide).
The beach is only 5 minutes away by car where you will find Chiringitos (beach bars) serving mouth watering sea food.
The lovely town of Marbella town is a very vibrant and Spanish place; it is packed with shops, boutiques, tapas bars, restaurants. The Orange Square or 'Plaza de los Naranjos' is the historic centre of Marbella. For over one thousand years the people of Marbella have used 'Plaza de los Naranjos' as the place to meet and to be seen. This is a perfect place to enjoy a drink while watching the world go by.
