All the above rates are for a maximum of four guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (except beach towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.
Furnished for comfort and relaxation
This second floor apartment has been stylishly decorated for space and comfort. The apartment comprises of 2 double bedrooms and two bathroom (one is en suite) with a shower over the bath, WC and basin. There is a sofa bed in the lounge or a z-bed can be put into this property if guests wish to sleep separately.
The bright living/dining room opens directly onto your south facing private terrace which overlooks the pool. In the lounge area you will find a TV, SKY satellite system with a free to view pack (BBC1, BBC2 ITV1, Ch4, ITV2, ITV3 and Sky news etc) and a DVD-player. The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob (stove tops), electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher etc. There is a separate laundry room off the kitchen with a washing machine, sink, ironing board and iron.
Lovely private terrace overlooking the designer shaped pool
Your private terrace overlooks the pool and is a perfect place for a spot of breakfast whilst planning your day ahead. This pool area rarely gets busy and there are communal sun loungers available. Take a refreshing dip in the pool or wander through the beautiful landscaped gardens down to the beach.
Direct access to the beach
The beach 'Playa el Saladillo' is accessed directly through the gardens at Costalita. This is a lovely long, wide beach that doesn't get to over crowded in the high season. Not far away you will find Selwo wild-life and adventure park for hours of fun for all the family. Or for a taste of the ‘high-life’, you are only a 10 minutes drive away from the jet set resorts of Marbella & Puerto Banus filled with the ‘rich and famous’ and perfect for people watching. Costalita is convenient for visiting the beautiful mountain village of Benahavis. There you can enjoy a stroll around the pretty squares, art and craft shops and enjoy a meal in one of its many restaurants. This gourmet village has the highest concentration of high-class restaurants in the region and draws many visitors who come simply to savour the fantastic cuisine.
There are more than 30 excellent golf courses on the Costa del Sol and many well known courses are close by ... Monte Mayor, Flamingos, El Paraiso, Guadalmina to name a few.
