All the above rates are for a maximum of four guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (except beach towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.
A bright and spacious apartment
As you enter the lounge of this modern and light apartment you will instantly enjoy the uninterrupted sea views. TV and SKY satellite free to view (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Ch4, SKY news etc) and a DVD are all provided.
The well appointed kitchen is fitted with granite work surfaces and is equipped with a electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine etc.
The sleeping accommodation comprises of a master suite with king size bed and a twin bedroom. The master suite has an ensuite bathroom with a bath, W/C and twin sink. The twin bedroom has the use of a shower room with a walk- in shower, WC and twin sinks ... this shower-room is located just across the hallway. Both bedrooms benefit from direct access to the terrace and sea views.

Relax on your terrace and enjoy the uninterrupted see views, savoring magnificent sunsets with Africa in the distance. Lounge on a sunbed with a book and let the hours pass you by or wander through the gardens for a dip in the pool (situated approx. 50 meters from your apartment) or a splash in the sea.
For those of you who enjoy walking down the beach and swimming in the inviting waters of the Mediterranean this is the perfect location. At the bottom of the garden there is gate giving you direct access to the beach.

With the beach on your door step the location is perfect for couples and families with children. Take a lovely walk along the beach splashing in the sea while enjoying the view of Africa in the distance. If you do decide to explore you could be rubbing shoulders with the young and beautiful in Puerto Banus or at the Puro Beach club at Laguna Village. You could be playing golf at one the many championship golf courses (see our golf pages for details on courses in the area). The young or the young at heart could be building sand castles or searching for adventure at Selwo Park (see our Activities pages for more details and ideas).
