All the above rates are for a maximum of two guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: all linen/towels (except beach towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

The owner has taken great care and attention to detail when matching the modern decor and furnishings in this property. The double bedroom in this stylish apartment has uninterrupted sea views. The en suite shower room has been tiled in beautiful Travestine marble and has a walk-in shower, wc and basin.
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite work tops, a ceramic hob (stove tops), electric oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine etc. But if you don’t fancy cooking then how about breakfast on the beach in one of the many bars and cafes. The Spanish love their coffee and you will often see them drinking café con leche with a brandy in the morning.
The dining and lounge area is decorated in sleek black, white & silver. From the lounge you can enjoy great sea views ... the perfect place to watch the sun go down while reading a book. For your entertainment there is a 28'' plasma TV with a dvd-player and SKY satellite system free to view pack (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Ch4, SKY news etc).

Only a few steps away is La Rada beach. This is a large, popular sandy beach (2.4km long) with golden sand perfect for sun seekers and thrill seekers alike. This blue flag beach has many facilities including water sports, restaurants, cafes, toilets, showers, sun bed and shade hire ... during the summer months has life guards on duty. The lovely promenade running the length of Estepona town has gardens along its length and is perfect for either a morning run or an evening stroll.
