Situated only a few short steps from the golden sandy beach of La Rada and only a short walk away from a large selection of beach bars, restaurants and shops.

All the above rates are for a maximum of two guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: all linen/towels (except beach towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

The owner has taken great care and attention to detail when matching the modern decor and furnishings in this property. The double bedroom in this stylish apartment has views straight out to sea where you will often see ships sailing past on the horizon. The en suite shower room has a walk-in shower, wc and basin.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob (stove tops), electric oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine etc. But if you don’t fancy cooking then you can soon be on the Promenade to choose from one of the many bars or restaurants.
The dining and lounge area is decorated in cream, black & orange with a hand painted dining table and again benefits from the same great sea views as the bedroom ... the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and plan your day ahead. For your entertainment there is a 28'' plasma TV with a dvd-player and SKY satellite system free to view pack (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Ch4, SKY news etc).
Only a few steps away from 'La Rada' beach
Only a few steps away is La Rada beach. This is a large, popular sandy beach (2.4km long) with golden sand perfect for sun seekers and thrill seekers alike. This blue flag beach boasts many facilities including water sports, lifeguards, restaurants, chirunguitos, cafes, toilets, showers and sun bed and shade hire. The lovely promenade running the length of Estepona town has gardens along its length and is perfect for either a morning run or an evening stroll.
Central to all amenities
In the old town of Estepona you will find many small tapas bars and fine restaurants. There are also a number of small Plazas or squares (next to Calle Real) to enjoy a coffee or a large glass of Rioja.
They call this the Costa del Golf and with nearly 60 golf courses in Andalucia, including more than 30 on the Costa del Sol, it's easy to see why! With year round sun the Costa del Sol is perfect for your golfing vacation; and Estepona is ideally situated for these many championship courses.
El Dobar is also well situated for those seeking a cultural holiday ... the drive to the historic town of Ronda is one not to be missed, and the famous Alhambra Palace in Granada is an interesting 3 hour drive. Cordoba and Sevilla are also both easily accessible with a hire car or by coach.
