This first floor spacious accommodation is accessed via a lift or stairs. The apartment has been tastefully decorated and comprises of 1 double bedroom suite with an ensuite bathroom with a separate walk-in shower, wc and basin, large wardrobes and a beautiful Indonesian style double bed. The twin bedroom is located next to the master. There is another bathroom with a shower over the bath, WC, basin and bidet. The twin bedded room and master suite both benefit from direct access to the large out door terrace.
The spacious lounge and indoor dining is bright and airy and has a TV, DVD player, SKY satellite (free to view pack: BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Ch4, SKY news etc) and a cd/radio. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and ceramic hobs (stove tops), microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine etc.
Spacious terrace with outdoor dining
The lounge opens onto your large private terrace overlooking the tropical gardens with the Mediterranean in the distance. There are two sunbeds to relax and read a book while enjoying the Spanish sunshine. There is also an outdoor dining table and BBQ ... this is a great spot for long leisurely breakfast or a moonlit meal with a glass or two of Rioja with your friends and family.
The large pool is shared - but it rarely gets crowded and there is also a children’s pool making this the perfect family getaway. There are many sunbeds to relax on and a shaded area. This is the perfect place to enjoy a good book, soak up some of the Spanish sun or put your feet up, go local, and enjoy a Siesta in the shade.
For you sand and sea lovers the beach with the inviting waters of the Mediterranean is not too far (aprox 1 km) and with two popular beach bars it's a great place to go for lunch or an evening stroll.

Just a short walk to the beach
With such a fabulous beach and beach bars so close to Mirador de Costalita you may not want to wander too far. Enjoy a sun kissed day on the beach, relax on hired sun beds, splash in the waves, eat a long leisurely lunch and siesta in the shade. In the evening why not wander along the beach enjoying the warmth of the Spanish summer to 'Heaven' a fantastic beach restaurant often with live music (see our Beach guide under chirringito's). Only a few minutes from San Pedro and Estepona, Mirador de Costalita is in a wonderful location.
The charming little village of Cancelada, which has several restaurants and bars, is only a 15 minutes walk away (1 km).
The Gourmet village of Benahavis is only 15 mins by car and has the highest concentration of high class restaurants in the region and draws many visitors who come simply to savour the fantastic cuisine. This delightful mountain village has remained remarkably unspoilt and stands at an elevation of 500 metres above sea level. It is reached by driving 7 kilometres inland from the N340 coast road, through the Guadalmina gorge up into the hills.
